📝 Need to Know: Palm Shade Cottage is part of a two-unit duplex and shares outdoor space and amenities with Coconut House. The pool is heated November 15–April 15. The upstairs bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase; please contact us if stairs are an issue. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for a seamless first couple of nights.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Very cute property in a good location. Pool was heated and felt wonderful. We had issues with the internet throughout the week but requests were handled as quickly as possible and after a day or two was resolved.

This was the perfect tiny house with character. The location couldn’t be better; a block to the beach and a short walk to the village and all it offers. Very clean, and well equipped. The heated pool was a big plus and great way to unwind. Can’t say enough good about the communication from this rental company. Every time I sent them an email, they were right on it within minutes with a response. We will be back!

We stayed here over the weekend and it was awesome. My wife and I were on our anniversary trip. Great property with great amenities. Short walk to the beach which was nice. All the beach gear they had there was a bonus. Siesta Village was nice as well. It was a great time. Very responsive host. Made it easy to put everything on do not disturb and have a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The beach, dining, shopping, rentals and much more were in walking distance. The pool and property were extremely clean. The host communicated with us through text and email from the time we booked until we left. When we text, it was almost an immediate response. We will book with Cottages at Siesta Key again. Siesta Beach is the most beautiful beach I've ever been to.
