Treat yourself to a completely remodeled and updated 6th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and the world famous Crescent Beach.

This unit comes equipped with a 55" flat screen TV in the Living room and a 40" flat panel TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy a sleep number adjustable mattress for your comfort. There is a 40" flat panel TV in the guest bedroom, and all rooms are equipped with Frontier HD Digital Cable and a DVD/VCR for the TV's. A computer is set up in the living room with Frontier high speed internet, a wireless modem and a printer. The telephone service includes an answering machine and free long distance calling in the United States, Canada. The unit is equipped with all the conveniences of home a dishwasher, microwave, oven, garbage disposal, ceiling fans in each room and a
washer/dryer. A screened in lanai is accessible from the living room and bedrooms. Covered parking is provided.
