This home is part of a condo unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with other units. Guests will have access to the first and second floors of the building, the left-side garage, and the shared outdoor and pool areas. Please contact us for more information regarding shared spaces. Per HOA requirements, garage clearance is limited to vehicles no taller than 72 inches. Vehicle height must be provided prior to arrival. Grills may only be used on the ground level and must be positioned at least 10 feet from the building. Grills, hibachi, and open flame cooking devices are not permitted on balconies or patios. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included.
