Bed was very comfy, with very comfy pillows. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom and the room in general was very clean. Housekeeping was good.

When we arrived in Madrid we had the unfortunate pleasure of being told one of our bags had not arrived. The airline was not helpful so we made our way to the hotel. Once there the receptionist Charo (the trainee) was more than accommodating as she helped us with calling the airline and stayed with us during this stressful time. Our trip was saved in part to her kindness and helpfulness. She is a glowing example of what ALL hotel hospitality should be like, and you are lucky to have her.

fully equipped and nicely prepared apartment. spacious living room area. the staffs at the 24hour reception were always kind and helpful.

Staff was excellent. Location and transportation was great. Would definitely stay again. The rooftop terrace was an excellent bonus.
