Villa il Borghetto has been designed to accommodate families wishing to experience Siena as a local, offering a convenient location to visit Siena without giving up the view of the Typical Tuscany rolling hills and the convenience of a free private parking.

\"Apartment Foriporta\": a spacious and luminous two roomed unit (55sqm).

During your stay you will experience a unique sensation of being just outside the ancient walls of Siena (\"Foriporta\" in italian language) surrounded by splendid photographic panels immortalising Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and so on.



The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of an aristocratic residence located just outside the ancient walls of historical centre of Siena (1,5 km) and can accommodate up to 4 guests.



It is composed of a large living area with lounge and kitchen, a double volume bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a small but useful laundry room.



The living area is further enriched by two large airy sky lights and a comfortable sofabed. The apartment faces the garden which surrounds the Villa and is noted for its sloping beamed ceilings.

Immersed in the Sienese countryside and only 5 minutes from the town historical centre the apartment Foriporta lends itself to a relaxing stay and to the discovery of the innumerable medieval beauties of Siena and its surroundings.

The apartment is in Via Tufi 64, just 20 min walking from historical centre of Siena or 5 minutes by bus (the bus stop is in front of the main entrance and the bus runs every 15 minutes). You can leave your car in our private and free parking.



During your stay in this apartment of my Villa you will find me (Cristina) or my brother Claudio at your disposal during a daily reception: we will suggest itineraries, typical restaurants, and cultural events according to the time of year.



We also really love to take care of our guests and I\'m sure you will have a great stay in our grandfather\'s Villa: (he bought in the 1940 and our father Cesare followed step by step a long and meticulous restoration!)

We had a very comfortable stay in our apartment at Villa Foriporta. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and we felt right at home. Cristina and Claudio were terrific hosts and answered all questions we had about local public transportation and restaurants. We would gladly stay with them again when we return to Siena.

Highly Recommend!

Cristina and Claudio's place was perfect for our stay. It's relatively close to central Siena, yet outside the wall with great parking. It was a perfect location to allow us to explore not only Siena, but the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Cristina and Claudio both were very willing to assist us with any needs or questions we might have had. We highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the warm greeting to the fond farewell, the owners were charming, thoughtful and attentive. Our apartment was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Property was as described,clean, and the hosts were great. Both Claudio and Cristina were very friendly and helpful, both taking the time to share some great recommendations. The location is conveniently located, especially if you are renting a car as you can park on property and still get to the center of Siena easily. We would rebook if visiting the area again.

Perfect Apartment

We stayed in 7 difference locations while visiting Italy, and found this apartment in Siena to be the best. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Cristina, Claudio, and Beatrice were all very helpful throughout the booking and check-in process, as well as during our stay. Bus stops are very handy, as they are located just outside the front door. I would highly recommend booking this property.
