Very good hotel, great bar and restaurant. The pool is large and a gym,and sauna etc are available. It's close to the night markets and has some excellent tuk tuk drivers parked outside. We were upgraded to a room on the 5th floor with an enormous balcony and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff they were brilliant.
As part of our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia my husband, 16yr old son and myself stayed at the Angkor Paradise Hotel. Our stay was made even better by the extremely friendly staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the evening meals and afternoon tea are definitely recommended. If we ever return to Siem Reap I would happily stay here again :)
The staff at Angkor Paradise was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the 2 days stay. I was amazed by how much wood the hotel structure used, probably that's the norm in Siem Reap, to me it was a luxury. Definitely recommend this hotel, it's close to the sites and nightlife places such as pub street.
This was one of my husband's favorite choices of hotels for our honeymoon. The staff is honestly amazing and so nice! Every two days a lady would be singing at night and it was lovely to just sit there, grab a drink and listen to her sing (she was amazing by the way!). The hotel is very well located and you can either eat there or go to some of the restaurants nearby. Lovely place with an amazing pool and great customer service!!!
I had a great stay for 4 nights in here. Everything was EXCELLENT. The staffs were so friendly, polite, and helpful. Great location with a nice swimming pool. Overall I loved this hotel, would stay here again.
Room: Cleanliness - 5/5 Amenities - free water bottles, standard shampoo and body wash (jasmine scented - really liked this!) Appliances - there is a hairdryer in the bathroom but ours was broken so don't count on all rooms having a functioning hair dryer. Plug points are for UK 3-pin plugs and Thai 2-prong plugs which made it convenient for our family, however these were quite faulty. Breakfast: Variety - 2/5 They had amazing array on our first morning here but it all went downhill from here. They had great hash browns but this was only available on our first day. There is a variety of Asian and western food with lots of fruits but it was quite mismatched.
We have been sleeping in this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. They gave us the Executive Suite as an upgrade for being just married: almost 90 square meters, 2 bathrooms. It was amazing. Also the pool is worth to mentioned, we spent our afternoons chilling out after the visit of the temples. Continental breakfast and international breakfast so you have a big variety of choices . Tuk tuk to pub street cost you just 2 $. Everything was perfect, probably the only thing I would have love was a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom but you can not have everything. Highly suggested.
Classically hotel style rooms and feel. The swimming pool is great with some lovely places to sit. All of the staff were sweet and welcoming. The treadmill was good. We did eat at the restaurant and that was a nice experience. We like to walk rather than tuk tuk, so we found it just a little too far out (we were cajoling a 2 year old though). A safe, reliable stay with some nice touches.
After 15 days through Vietnam & Cambodia this hotel to finish our tour was the best of all of them. Extremely friendly & helpful staff, big rooms, massive pool with tuk tucks outside most of the time to get around for about $2 American . Fantastic and highlight recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.
This is my second visit to the Angkor Paradise Hotel, this time was not as good as the first. I had specifically reserved to club room with the balcony on the top floor with 2 beds. We were "up graded" to a room with road view not pool view and a big bed with a trundle bed moved in which was like sleeping on wood- very uncomfortable. The excuse was noise from renovations however this didn't go on in the evening when we would have been there, disappointed this visit unfortunately. The room was nice, the breakfast and dinner was nice but not what I booked and paid for - shame really.
