It was pretty clean but definitely in need of repair. Fixtures seemed to be coming apart or not installed well. The breakfast is very basic and one I’d skip with several other breakfast options nearby. The bed was comfortable though and housekeeping did a good job. They do mention that they are in the midst of some renovations but it just looks like they are in need of repair more than anything.
WI-FI doesn't work. TV doesn't work! The room is full of ants.
Near shopping, restaurants and highway. Disappointed with housekeeping, bed sheets not changed a couple of days and badly made. Otherwise, ok.

This hotel appears to be a transfer to the Baymont group of hotels. The room was clean and comfortable with a hot shower. The breakfast was just OK as some mornings the selection was not as good. The potatoes were pale and appeared uncooked. There is a Cracker Barrel next door, so we ate there a couple of times instead.
They're currently remodeling the hotel and the rooms lobby and grounds are being neglected when it comes to cleanliness. There was trash pilled up at the side for when we came in. The floor in front of the front desk was nasty. When we got to the room there were printed sign with room numbers hanging on the doors but our room didn't have one at all. Luckily we could figure out which room was ours. Once inside the door lock was broken and the tile floor in the bathroom was coming up. The air conditner would only work if you turned the fan on continus and made a horrible grinding noise. The top of the ac was covered in dirt and dead moths. Next year I will go back to my tried and true holiday inn express in tip city.
This was booked as a La Quinta which was now a Baymont Hotel. This property should be condemned. It is filthy dirty. In my room the a/c didn't work nor did the tv. The room and bedding was so dirty I slept or tried to sleep with my clothes on! In the morning I discovered that I had been bitten by bugs during the night. The a/c unit in addition to not working was covered in dirt and mold... disgusting. After driving 15 hours and 1000 miles I didn't have the energy to leave and find another room. How in the world did this place get good reviews on your website? ( reason that I chose this place as a La Quinta, remember!) I will not book through you again!!!

The experience overall was good. There was a lot of construction going on, roof repair and painting, which was very disappointing to me. However, the pool was great. It was the warmest pool I have ever swam in. It was a bit of a disappointment to not have a hot tub, but the warm pool almost made up for it. The TV was very difficult to operate.
