Poor hotel in an awful area......2/10

Awful hotel, all inclusive finished at 11pm, no food or drink... You won't be able to get a drink until 10am the next morning... Then the Barman stands there, looking at his watch, waiting for exactly 10am... The lad on reception was very polite and very helpful.... Room seemed very cramped... We go to turkey a lot, amazing country, amazing people... Lots of great hotels there.... So avoid this one...

Hayatımda bu kadar rezalet bir otel görmedim resepsiyona giriş yapıyorsun adam algılama güçlüğü çekiyor bavullara personel yok deyip kendin taşıyorsun,yemekler berbat hergün aynı şeyler brokoli, karnıbahar,papates ve makarna görmekten kına gelmişti.Kesinlikle söylüyorum sakın,sakın bu hotele gitmeyin hem tatiliniz rezil olur hemde paranız.Paranızla rezil olmanın tam karşiliği.

Hotelejendommen var fin, men servicen var ikke god som man forventet på et 4 stjernet hotel. I virkligheden kunne man heller ikke give dette hotel 1 stjerne, fordi servicen var så dårlig, som fx. hvis man fik lyst til et glas vand så mistet man hele lysten til at drikke, fordi plastikkrussene var så beskidte, håndklæderne blev skiftet sjældent og der var huller i sengetøjet. Personalet så altid sure ud og var aldrig klar til at hjælpe, hvis man ville spørge dem om noget.

La pire semaine de ma vie, personnel non accueillant, ranchant,pas aimable, aucun service n’est proposé. Je ne comprends pas comment vous pouvez envoyer vos clients vers cet hôtel, Expedia est normalement sérieux comme site, le gérant est un voleur après m avoir donné une chambre minuscule pour nous trois, il a refusé de nous changer de chambre j ai du le menacer d’appeler Expedia pour qu’il accepte de me donner la chambre que j ai réellement réservé, il m à louer une voiture 55 euros par jour, alors que l hôtel en face loue la même pour 35 e

ОТЛИЧНО. Но сравнить мне не с чем в сервисе Ол инклюзив, так как это первый отель с данным сервисом. Питание обширное но однообразное, помидоры с огурцами, огурцы с помидорами, яйцо целое, яйцо не целое, куча зелени однообразной, апельсины, мандарины, яблоки, 3 вида оливок и маслин, суп тупо жижа похлебать, тосты(рядом колбаска и сыр и масло) и штуковина чтобы всё это между тостами зажать и получился мега бутер хрустящий. в горячих чанах по разному,бывала жареная рыба, куриные ножки, картошка запеченная и картошка фри, рис, макарохи и другие крупы, омлеты., разные батоны вкусные. Соусы,овощи,десерты,мёд, варенье, джемы. В лобби баре вкусное лёгкое пиво, ракы понравился напиток крепкий , типо самбуки, анисовая водка. Виски, джин, вина, водка, спрайт, кола, соки. чай, разное кофе, вода из кулера. Коктейли вкуснейшие делают с фруктами плавающими. до пляжа 10 минут пешком и возят утром на пляж трансфер от отеля и обратно в 16-00. Номера уютные с террасами с столиками стульями. Вай фай в номерах ловит ооочень плохо, надо спускаться в главный зал по хорошему. Есть бассейны с горками с лежаками и тд. Рядом остановка до Манавгата. Понравилось в общем. Советую.

Betrügerisches Hotel!!!

Zuerst einmal haben wir das Hotel laut Expedia als 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert und haben bei der Ankuft ein Familienzimmer erhalten. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es keine anderen Zimmer mit Balkon gäbe. Somit wurden wie sozusagen gezwungen, dass Familienzimmer in Anspruch zu nehmen. Wir haben zudem keine Wasserflaschen bekommen, sondern sollten aus einem Wasserspender uns Wasser nehmen, welches bestimmt nachgefüllt wurde. Außerdem ist zu sagen, dass wir All inclusive gebucht hatten! 6 Tage lang gab es nur Hähnchen, kein Fisch, kein Fleisch. Das Essen welches heute nicht gegessen wurde, wurde am nächsten Tag in einer anderen Variante uns aufgetischt. Wir haben durch die Tourismusbehörde erfahren, dass dieses Hotel nicht mal angemeldet ist und keinen einzigen Stern besitzt! Wir haben uns öfters beschwert im Hotel und sie sagten, dass wir provokant seien. Alle mit denen wir gesprochen hatten, (die aus Europa kamen) haben dieses Hotel mit „verschiedenen Sternen“ von 3-5 gebucht. Es war eine völlige Enttäuschung für uns alle!!!

-Zimmereinrichtung ok. -Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter beim Empfang. -Verstopfter Abfluss wurde eine Woche lang nicht repariert. -Nette Servicekräfte -Essen sehr einseitig und sehr schlecht. -Nachmittagskuchen ist die Nachspeise des gestrigen Abendessen. -Die Bar macht um 23.00 uhr zu. -Laute russische Gäste. -Überhaupt keine Animation. -Insgesamt : Einmal und nie wieder.

Stora trevliga rum. Maten var sådär men fullt ätbar. Personalen var vänlig och trevlig men de i restaurangen skulle behöva ryckas upp lite. Men till det priset vi betalade finns egentligen inte mycket att klaga på.

Et fint opphold, men ikke perfekt

Vi trivdes godt på hotellet. Men ble likevel skuffet da vi så treningsrommet. De hadde en mølle og en ellipsemaskin, men begge var ødelagte. Det var dårlig med luft der inne også. Fikk riktignok noen gode økter likevel ved hjelp av manualene. Ellers var vi heller ikke fornøyd med maten. Frokosten var kjip og middagen var ikke noe særlig god. Var stort sett det samme (kanskje med en liten vri) hver dag. Viktig å komme til måltidene når det starter grunnet griske russere som nesten jogger inn i matsalen og tar med seg halve bufféen til bordet. Vi valgte ofte å dra inn til sentrum for å spise deilig middag! Er visst nesten bare russiske gjester der, men også noen tyske. Men likevel trivdes vi og hadde en fin ferie, takket være hyggelig personale, flere besøk på spaavdelingen og bra renhold på veldig greie rom.

temizlik sıfır, denize uzak ve otele ait denilen plaj da şezlonglar paralı,disco var dendi kapalı.Her şeyden önemlisi otele girişimizde yeni işe başlayan müdürün ziyaretçileri takip etmesi sanki hata arar gibi takipi rahatsız ediciydi.Para ve kar amaçlı tutumu misafirleri rahatsız etti. Otel fena değil ama yönetim yanlışlıkları ve hataları tatili çekilmez yaptı.Ayrıca otelden ayrılırken fatura istedik şimdi veremeyeklerini mailinize göndereceğiz dedikleri halde ne fatura vr ne mail var kısacası tavsiye edilmeyecek bir otel
