A enjoyable stay

Our stay was very enjoyable and service and staff were excellent. However there were activities advertised that after enquiring were not available at the resort, like archery. We had problems with our air con in our room that could not be repaired so the room was uncomfortable to sleep. Also disabled toilets were hard to find and not accessible easily.

i like the set up which wasnt like a normal hotel format as they had also apartments in middle of botanic park. we had chickens, cats running around with beautiful surrounding of trees and flowers so kids loved it

old hotel that has not been renovated since its establishment, the lobby is very small, and all the equipment is outdated, the bathroom smelled of urine, the restaurant is a continuation of the lobby, very small, and outside there is a beautiful view. , Except for one machine in the lobby, and you can drink from it only after four in the afternoon, before you get on with the machines or go to the lobby of the Stratlight Hotel, where you can drink coffee all the time. Inside the hotel is a stand of coffe starbucks, but you must pay for everything and a pity. The area of ​​the hotel is very beautiful, everything is plants and ponds, the water park is small and outdated and needs renovation. We were in a duplex room, the room is very old and smelly all the time. In the last two days there was no cold water in the shower and we had to shower in the showers by the pools, really a bad experience, not a 5-star room, barely 2 stars. The food is average and the same thing all the time, The vegetation and the pools in the hotel is of 5 stars, the main building and the apartments and the bunglow and the water park are barely 2 stars. The hotel house is not all inclusive, a lot of things you have to pay for them, all the restaurants are ala carte for a fee, there is one vip pool in the hotel starlite for a fee.

Good hotel

Hotel was clean and has a nice garden and beach setting. However it is extremely busy and therefore getting a table in the main restaurant can be a hassle. Otherwise good hotel and I'd recommend it.

Beklentimin altında kaldı.

Daha önce kaldığımız bir otel ve oteli seviyorduk ama bu sefer bazı olumsuzluklar yaşadık. Bir gün sular kesildi. Sadece sıcak su değil hiç su akmadı. Odadaki klima sistemi bazen yetmiyor resmen soğutamadı. En kötüsü de her yer de çocuklar için ücretli aktiviteler var ve sonuçta otelde çocuklara yönelik ücretsiz aktivite de var ama illaki önünden geçiyorsun ve çocuk istiyor. AVM ye gelmişiz gibi. Bu nedenle zaman kaybetmekde cabası. İyi şeylerden bahsedersek. Yiyecekler ve içecekler güzel personel güleryüzlü ve çalışkan. Bu seferki personel gerçekten daha da iyiydi. Otelin olanakları yeterli. Aquapark çocuklar için harika ve yanındaki piknik restorant hem kaliteli hemde alakart olması işleri kolaylaşturuyor.

Ankunft an Star l. Hotel um ca. 23:00 da muss man Einchecken - vorher keine Mitteilung. Nach den Einchecken habe ich das Zimmer 1160 bekommen angeblich wie gebucht mit Meerblick, den habe ich nicht gesehen. Dann musste ich Nachts durch die Anlage im Dunklen den Sunrise Hotel aufsuchen. Das die 4 Herschaften an der Rezeption sich müche gemacht haben um den Weg zu zeigen oder den Baggy bestellen sollten auf die Idee sind die nicht gekommen. Dann bin ich mit den Koffer durch die Anlage gedackel und habe immer wieder nach der richtigen Richtung gefragt. Das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen. Die Badetücher Ausgefranz und gerissen. Ickelhaftes Hotel - Personal ungelernt.
