Perfect location, huge flat, friendly hosts

Spacious flat with plenty of room for our extended family, perfectly located in central Sibiu with a balcony overlooking a plaza. Stela, our host, greeted us and got us settled and answered all of our questions.

Place was ok. A bit misleading regarding the apartment layout as we were in separate rooms and shared common areas (kitchen, living room) with other tenants. The description states it has air conditioning, and it does, but only in one room so the rest of us were quite warm as there was no AC or fans in the other rooms. There also wasn’t any toilet paper…we did go to the market, but thankfully no one needed to go right away. Additionally, the TV in one of the rooms did not work. Also, check in information (codes, doors, etc) were not provided. I had to call the owner. The owner was very responsive and did come out to help with the AC in the one room which we appreciated. However, providing check in and check out instructions prior to our arrival would have been better. Lastly, the location is great as you are right in the square, but be aware it can get loud at night!
