This is luxurious hotel in Pune. This hotel is affordable to only for business and leisure travellers. This hotel is known for warm hospitality and they give total justification to it. They have in-house restaurants.
We had a very good time with Family and friends at breakfast time. The spread was elaborate and very delicious. We had a wide choice of Continental, South Indian, & Indian food apart from choice of fresh fruits, cereals, preserves etc. We also had like be counters for egg preparations. The South Indian Dosa and uttappa were made to order. The ambience is good while the seating arrangement had lot of space so moving around gave a very good feel. One thing that surely needs attention is the foul smell as soon as one enters the lobby. A lot of efforts seem to have been made by using Room freshner, which in any case cannot bring in a feeling of freshness as it only suppresses the foul odour especially from the wash rooms. Overall a very good experience.
I was there for my business tour. I found the staff is very helpfull. The hotel location is in the heart of the city . Hotel provided all basic amenities , top class ambience . We would like to thank each and every staff of the hotel for making my stay wonderful.. Loved the hospitality provided. Keep it up ..... Cheers....... !!!
Really liked the Rooms and I am very particular about the cleaning and they are good in it. Had a great business trip and loved the hotel overall . Staff is friendly, food is average but there are more options locally
The hotel is very centrally located & is the price is really value for money. The food is really awesome especially at Oriental Fusion. The room upkeep is also quite good. The staffs are very courteous.Would like to visit again.
Its a cool place , well connected with transport network. The hosts are warm, courteous and helping. The room I stayed has lot of natural light and comfortable furniture. The breakfast spread is good . The location is surrounded by lot of green belts and is peaceful too . Entrance is awkward . Service response time needs improvement.
The hotel is at great location but management has messed up with a great property. First breakfast is average though they tend to serve a large spread. Second, service is slow and would not come despite repeated calls to front desk. Third, pool is not maintained at all - one could see clearly that it was not cleaned for ages. Fourth, they mis-charged me breakfast for an extra day though it was included in the price. They gave lame excuses like the once billed cannot be reversed.
arrived hotel at 3pm in afternoon yet the front desk took 2 hours to allot the room. the girl doing the process seemed pretty new & fresh at the job others standing there were laughing & smiling at her rather than assisting her. at 5pm the room allowed was a smoking room; this without our request & without informing us. when we entered the room we felt as if we already had smoked 2 cigarettes. the desk chair was dirtier than a road side eatery. on firing the front desk got the changed room. next day the South Indian breakfast which is a staple & standard food was quite substandard wherein the dough itself had turned 'khatta', the sambhar was also very sour & bitter. when we informed the restaurant manager he had the audacity to tell us 'this is the real count Indian taste'.
I called the property evening before checking in and the Reception staff informed that he couldn't confirm my booking as Front Office was closed. Nevertheless. the check-in process itself took around half an hour for us and then the Front Office guy could not see my name for 10 minutes. We finally got a room where the shower area got clogged after bath and the water came out in the room. When Housekeeping was informed, they gave the excuse that the slope was a problem. At breakfast time, the F&B girl told us that only one person could have breakfast as her information was that we were in a single occupancy, although we were booked for two! This Hotel needs a training intervention for the staff along with proper maintenance. For the price, it was not a great deal at all.
While the property is rightly located with all basic amenities and nice rooms, there are quite a few issues with staying here. They have a house pub and the music plays loudly over the night which does not allow you to have a peaceful sleep. Also the sound of doors opening in adjacent rooms can be clearly heard and that's quite annoying as well.
