Very old and smelly room - our clothes smelled like an old ashtray after staying there. Also, there's no elevator and many stairs to go up to get to your room, so this is problematic for anyone with back issues.

Services are great. Crew are very nice and responsive. However, the price doesn't match the amenity. In general, Japan is too too expensive.
