Every staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!

Based on the other reviews, the breakfast buffet was over-rated. Buffet was small and overcrowded with people. First floor rooms have poor air circulation and the view from the window was of power lines. Definitely overpriced for what was offered.

Generally expected more at this price point. The car park is a long walk away if it is raining or snowing heavily. The public bath is very small in size, however it wasn’t crowded. The wine tasting at the lounge is a very nice touch with good ambience. Breakfast was good. Room was standard and felt a little dated. Again expected more at 50,000 yen a night.
