First time to Shimla and had a blast! This property was located about 1 km from the Ridge, we alternated walking the 1km, and during traffic times taking the complimentary shuttle. Great access to the local landmark. The hotel itself was pristine. The check in process was the easiest and most smooth I have ever experienced in India, the staff greeted us promptly and had us relax in their beautiful lobby overlooking the valley while they completed the paperwork. For a town lacking in space, the Radisson property was quite grand. Very spacious and beautifully designed resort. We enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet, the staff was attentive and kind. Would head out for an adventure, and then return to relax at the pool and hang out to play billiards. In the evening the hotel gave delicious pastries, we felt so at home. The room was beautifully decorated and very thought out. Honestly reading reviews of hotels in Shimla it was hard to pick one, but this property and its' staff definitely shined. Highly recommend to any global traveller used to elegance and comfort.
