A 1956 Spartan Royal Manor, restored and planted on a quiet edge of Sheridan where the yard backs against a wetland. Deer move through at dusk. Pheasants work the grass in the morning. Sleeps two. Dogs welcome. Twenty-five feet of aircraft-grade aluminum skin, warm wood interior, and a design that J. Paul Getty’s engineers spent the better part of a decade perfecting. It’s small the way a good boat is small — everything exactly where it belongs. Pick up a steak from Sacketts on the way in. Grab a Black Tooth from the cooler. The deck faces the driveway and the Adirondacks are already pointed toward the wetland. The propane grill is ready when you are. The yard backs against a wetland corridor that goes quiet around dusk — that’s when the deer show up. Pheasants work the grass most mornings. When the fire burns down, take it inside. The smart TV hinges down from the ceiling toward the couch — your own private drive-in, aluminum walls and all. The rear bedroom has a pocket door and blackout shades. Queen bed. Storage underneath. The mini-split keeps it comfortable year round. Morning is a French press and nowhere to be. The kitchen has a cooktop for real meals and a walk-in shower when you’re done. The Adirondacks fold flat if the day calls for a polo match or an afternoon at Sibley Lake. The vintage cooler travels too. The trailer sits at the front of a small compound that includes Bondline, our 9-guest brick house. Windows facing the neighboring spaces are obscured. The deck faces the shared driveway — think front porch, not private terrace. You’ll have neighbors. They’ll be good ones. Good catch. Two different things — your availability as host, and the reality of sharing a compound with other guests. Both belong here. Interaction with guests: Tyler will be your point of contact for everything. He lives six miles away, available by call, text, or platform message. He’ll leave you alone unless you need him. If you do, he’s easy to reach. The 56 shares a property with Bondline, our 9-guest brick house, The 47, another vintage Spartan Trailer, and a converted barn coming soon. You may cross paths with other guests in the driveway. It’s a small compound run by real people, friendly by nature, not by policy. Other things to note: The 56 is a 1956 travel trailer — restored, comfortable, and deliberately not a hotel room. The bathroom is RV-configured. There’s no oven, no washer, no dryer. The yard is open and unfenced. Other guests on the property may have dogs off leash. This is glamping in the truest sense — more than a tent, less than a house. If you know that going in, you’ll love it. If you need a full kitchen and a master suite, The Bondline is fifty feet away.

For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Other amenities include kitchenettes, balconies, and dining areas.
