Advertised free breakfast, nope. It would appear that the breakfast area is being used as a family room for people living on site, who are the operators of the hotel. Would not stay again.

We have stayed at the Buffalo Inn multiple times in the past. Though they have no amenities it has always been clean and the staff friendly, helpful, and nice. This stay we found the carpets were stained and dirty, the furniture torn, the building upkeep was lacking. The staff remained wonderful and helpful.
