This was a mixed bag by all means. First they check me into a room completely smoked up with cigarettes like a gas chamber. Luckily changing it did take effort. As expected they gave coffee coupons for being VIP, the coffee bar is right at the lobby, and very good. The check-in personnel isn't exactly a friendliest bunch, so that's that. The mini refrigerator with teas/soda/water was nice, bed was nice, shower was nice. It's just that smoked up room at check-in ruined the whole experience, that's why 3 stars.

I don't have any complaints, would definitely stay here again if I visit next time. Location is convenient, room amenities are great, love the hair dryer! Free bottled water and teas replenished free everyday. Big compliments to the shower, I love the water pressure (I have really long hair). Staff are friendly and super helpful.
