Motel has been kept up well. Polite and professional staff. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Good value for the price. WIFI worked very well. Motel was quiet when we were there on a weeknight. Breakfast just a notch above average with good selection of different things to eat.

The AmericInn is a great value. We were out in the area for a Road America event. I chose the hotel based on reviews in Tripadvisor. The hotel didn't disappoint. Older place, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was great, and hotel is convenient to both town center and the track. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

Stayed for two nights with daughter who spent most of the time in the room. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool hours included adult only time which daughter enjoyed. Breakfast in morning not huge but sufficient with good supply of cereal, waffles, hot dish as well as yogurt and string cheese. Beds are comfortable and hotel was relatively quiet at night so we slept well.

Don't let the outside's mundane appearance fool you; this hotel is really quite nice. The rooms are reasonably updated, the pool is nice, common areas are clean and good looking, and the morning breakfast is more than just cold cereal. This place is easily on par with other hotels in the area like the Baymont.

Great service by everyone at the AmericInn. Check in was a breeze, and staff very friendly!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will stay there each time we are in the area. Fantastic place to stay when going racing at Road America!

Hotel staff was notified that a reservation could not be completed and that management should sell that room to another customer. Staff answering the phone offered a refund not to their management unbeknown to that staffer that the reservation was a 100% penalty for "later cancellation." So the staffer is not aware of guest's reservation status or the facility's policy on reservation, management there is not training their staff of that policy and the Franchisor is not aware of that location's cancellation policy. No one knows, and no one cares to know what goes on at the consumer level.

Meet family here for the bike races. Left the other side of the state about 3pm after work. 4 hour ride to get to Plymouth. Checked in a little after 7pm. All good, then family told me they checked about 3 and ask what room they reserved for me and was told I hadn't checked in, CC that reservations made on was declined and if I didn't check in or get in touch by 4pm they were going to give the room to someone else. They told family they don't have to honor third party reservations so family offered to pay for the 3 nights and assured I would show up so they said they would wait. Then on check out they would not give me a receipt, said I had to get that from the third party where I made the reservations. Never had any of these issues before. Must be the option to pay when I checked in rather than when the reservations were made that got them nervous, don't know. Two mangled legs in deer motorcycle accident last year made climbing steps difficult for me and room was on 2nd floor. Didn't think about it when I made reservations in December since all the years I've stayed here I have always been on the first floor. Overall I enjoy the stay here. Close to Road America and lots of places to eat. Good breakfast and I must have hit my timing just right this year as it was pleasantly empty.

Expensive room for what it is. Uncomfortable to stay for any length of time as only seating was a desk chair. Old property but was clean. I left my iPhone cord there but they couldn't find it, tell the maid it is a USB-C cord and won't work on a standard USB charger.

As always clean, reasonable, comfortable, and updated. My husband and son stayed in handicap accessible room. Roomy, 2 beds and accommodations were great! So again thank you! And close to Road America!!!!

Fairly new, clean. Rooms are pretty generic. Most Americinns we have stayed at have been cozy with a welcoming lobby, we were disappointed in this one. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged but we were just there for the night so it was fine.
