The corispondance with the property was amazing we enjoyed our stay its accomindations we're amazing and satisfying the whole family ..we would defiantly come back

An Incredible Getaway!

This was exactly what our two families needed - a peaceful and calm oasis with everything your family could need! We put all spaces to use with our two families each with our doggie and kiddo, the pond was glorious with its singular loon and the evenings were full of the whippoorwill’s songs. Amazing stay, we will be back next year for sure!

Another happy getaway

There were lots of laughs and fun times at Camp S'mores and More this year. It's a great place to relax. We hope to be back!

Amazing camp

This was the camp experience we have been looking for. We wanted a property that contained us all week and with the pond, kayaks, games and comforts of home...we got it here. I was tempted to not review publically because I selfishly want to book this place for myself all summer next year!

Overall great stay, especially with the kayaks and lakeside equipments. We had some issues with bugs in the property which may be caused by the cleaning before we checked in? Not sure. The cleaners said previous renters left the place in such a mess.

Great stay at Granny Kent Pond!

We spent one week vacationing at the lake house. This property was perfect for our family of 13, including 7 adults, 6 children ages 2 - 14 and 2 dogs. The three buildings were all comfortable and clean. The lake is calm and peaceful, with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the kayaks, water tubes and time on the large dock. The small sandy beach area allowed easy water access, as well as sand and water play for our younger ones. While walking the dogs on the streets around the area, there are scenic views of the lake. There is a grassy area big enough for wiffle ball, corn hole (on the premises) and other outdoor games. We enjoyed nighttime gatherings around the fire pit next to the lake. The co-host's responsiveness to all communications was excellent.Truly, the perfect place to spend a lake-side family vacation. We will be back!

Many issues...

There were dirty dishes in the totally full dish washer. The main bathroom sink or toilet leeks onto the floor, constantly wet. The primary bedroom mattress sinks down on the head part, very uncomfortable. The Basement rooms are nothing like the pictures show, and the floor leaks water all the way under the bed, no one wanted to stay down there due to the musty smell. The small house next to the large one, has skunks under the home and they continually spray, the home stunk really bad! It rained a few day on our stay, and the living area with TV, can only sit three people. There were not enough chairs in the main home for the amount of people they say it holds. The outside was very nice. We would not return.
