The apartment completely renovated in 2018 is perfectly equipped with everything necessary to offer you all the comforts in the center of Seville and make your stay a MAGIC experience: Wifi 50 mb, 32 "Smart TV with FREE service of movies and series in streaming NETFLIX, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen with NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto with welcome kit, microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete kitchenware.

The main room has a large and comfortable bed 150x200 with viscoelastic mattress of 28 cm thick all for you to have a great rest. You also have an ironing board with iron and USB ports on the bedside tables for your devices.

The second bedroom has one bed also very comfortable.

The bathroom, with ceramic floor, LED and exterior lighting, has a large shower tray with gel, shampoo and conditioner; In addition to having hair dryer and magnifying mirror.

The apartment, besides being bright and very quiet, is equipped with a silent centralized hot-cold air conditioning system.

Perfect licao

We loved our “home” here. It was in an area of both locals and tourists so it had a natural quality about it. The area around the pillars of Alameda was always lively and the spaciousness of the grounds was a great contrast to the narrow busy streets. Miguel was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable resource for us. The space was comfortable, safe, and well equipped. Access to buses was easy and all the most popular monuments were walking distance. I highly recommend!

L'appartement est joli, très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Le quartier est plutôt tranquille mais proche des commerces donc pratique pour faire les courses. Proximité de la Almeda de Hercules ( 7 ou 8 min à pied)où vous trouvez les restaurants, bars et brasseries très sympa où vous pourrez manger et prendre une boisson fraîche. Place très animée et ambiance bon enfant. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et efficaces pour organiser l'accueil et le séjour. Nous recommandons chaudement.

L'appartement est très bien agencé, très propre. Il correspond tout à fait au descriptif que nous voyons sur le site. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité, nous avons été séduits par son confort. Africa nous a reçu chaleureusement et bien expliqué les consignes pour passer un bon séjour.
