Lovely hotel staff very friendly very Spanish in style. Our room was very big for a city centre hotel and all of the hotel was extremely clean. Although the rooftop pool was small it was very well maintained as was the sun terrace and a nice treat after the 46 degree heat of the day. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

A very well situated hotel in a populated area of Sevilla, with public parking close to the hotel. We spent 1 night there, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is also very good, with possibility to take it from the outdoor terasse at the top of the building. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla

Great hotel, but when you have a room towards the street it is very loud during the whole night. Breakfast and service are excellent, even the terrace and the rooftop pool. Beds are very small sitz 1,40 m wide for two persons.

The Hotel is tucked down an alley way and after about 3 trips out and back you start to remember where it is. The breakfast buffet is superb....just watch out for the overly fussy frogs who turn what is a simple process of plating up into a drama....but then they can turn brushing their teeth into an event. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable and the bed big enough to get lost in. Think the single coffee capsule rule for each person needs addressing as in my humble opinion it is petty. If it's a cost issue then charge a euro for each one and be done with it. The Hotel is clean and the rooftop pool is cold enough to wake you up from the summer heat stroke. In summary ...the place is excellent in terms of position and very good value. It could do with a bar to serve a drink maybe.....sometimes you get back to the room and maybe fancy popping down for a glass of ice cold sangria while the Mrs powders her bits .....and that chaps can take a while. Mine does not bother but others can turn that into a hour long session at least.

The room was clean, nice, with enough space! The receptionist were nice :-) + : We recommend the breakfast which is very good (especially the outdoor little terrasse) - : The bed was not a real double bed (2 single beds gather...) and the swimming pool/rooftop terrasse quite small

This hotel is situated in a very quiet passage close to Seville's "Mushroom" sculpture. It is a small hotel which provides accommodation around a very spacious covered central courtyard which serves as a lounge. When we arrived the receptionist gave us a long story about how to turn the key in the lock of our room. I found this curious but also found the key curious - very similar to the type of key that is used for modern cars. We were allocated a very spacious room (Room 105) with a very narrow enclosed balcony that overhung the passage way at the front of the hotel. We almost immediately discovered that the room safe did not work. Further when we later left our room we were unable to regain access. No matter how we turned the key the lock would not open. We complained to the receptionist who told us that we were not turning the key correctly! The receptionist then came to open the door and after some time determined that the battery in the key probably needed changing. He went away with the key and some minutes later two cleaning ladies re-appeared with it. They also tried their pass key as well as our room key and eventually managed to open the door. To cut a long story short we were eventually offerred an alternative room (even though we had been told earlier that the hotel was full). The lock to this room (109) had very obviously been changed to a standard Yale type lock. The new room was much smaller than the original room but had the undeniable advatage of allowing access using the door key. It also had a working safe. It was clear that staff knew that room 105 had a rogue door lock - and really shouldnt have been let to hotel guests. It should not have taken several failed attempts at entry before we were offerred alternative accommodation. On the plus side, the hotel did provide a very good buffet breakfast. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet and the location is really excellent. I would recommend this hotel - just stay clear of room 105!!

lovely room, no view but we SLEPT! Really dark and quiet. Nice cool old building with atrium, sundeck and pool on the roof. Only 50m from the Plaza de la Encarnation, with the giant parasols. Only reservation is that the coffee with breakfast is horrid Nescafe. Seville is lovely, all bars and resteraunts we went in we good, they get busy 22:30 till 23:30. Note the ceramic tiles and bricks, its got good clay so the bricks are lovely.

Lovely hotel with unique design. The room is large and well furnished. The bathroom is wide. very clean and very quiet . Everything looks nice. Large bed, free WiFi, kind staff, in the center of the city. If we ever return to Seville we will stay here again for sure

Beautiful hotel and perfect location for city centre. As many others have stated, the narrow alley built of stone, and the marble in the hotel mean that Seville's nightlife, which goes on until 3am getting louder all the time, mean that sleeping is difficult. Earplugs help, and you need a room at the back of the hotel. The room safe needed a new battery, but the reception staff just said "it doesn't work", and suggested we trek up and down each time we needed to use the hotel safe. Also the hairdryer was a hazard - lots of flames and smoke, so this was only used once. Despite this, the room was perfect for a city centre break, and the breakfasts were amazing. Roof top pool is small - 12x12m - but a useful splash pool, nothing more. I agree with all the other comments: well worth a stay, but earplugs required for sleeping.

I agree with the kind things others have said about this charming place, but being built entirely of marble and stone has its drawback, noise. Bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I'd also ask to not have the room over the entrance. There is a bar down the alleyway, and it goes quite late into the night. Maybe it's just me, traveling with a family. I put in my earplugs and slept just fine. It is close to the plaza by the Parasol, and walkable to the Cathedral and Alcazar.
