Great location. Very small room, but fine for a short stay. A communal kitchen with some amenities. No staff on site - all access via codes. Great restaurants close by and very walkable to all the sites.

The property is very well located, just a minute or 2 from the main centre but still very quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the codes for the locks worked very easily. It was great to have the pool, but sadly both sun loungers were broken so was a little hard to use the space. Nevertheless, being able to dip in after the heat was great. The company communicated with us very clearly via WhatsApp and I would recommend staying here to all!

Staff onsite was very friendly, she was able to get our room ready earlier than expected which we were very happy about. Bluetooth speakers in the room was a nice touch. Having the fridge in the separate kitchen area was a surprise, but with the freezer we were able to make our water bottles ice blocks which was incredible in the Sevilla heat!

positives: safe and nice property. Clean, central and easy to walk everywhere. Overall worth the money and the stay was a good one. I would recommend this for a middle budget stay. negatives: noise from the street was loud at early hours of the morning / late at night. the pool is tiny - eg more like a hot tub size. the pictures are very deceptive!

Excellent room, excellent location, and the staff via WhatsApp were great in helping us throughout our stay. The rooftop is a great amenity and the location is perfect to see the old streets of Sevilla. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great apartment in an excellent location

We had great communication with the host before we arrived. The apartment was great - clean, well equipped and easy to find, with bars and restaurants just around the corner and a short walk to all the sights.
