Ideal for families or work groups.
The accommodation is extremely bright, quiet and quiet, ideal to rest, relax or work.
It is located in the central district of Santa Catalina and is equipped with a work area, with high speed internet connection (Wifi and / or Lan).
It consists of spacious and elegant living room with two comfortable triplets, two armchairs, shelves, chairs, work area, TV 37 "with satellite and channels" Movistar + "Cable television with multiple private channels and international channels.
Separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of them Suite, 2 bathrooms and terrace.
Bedroom 1, two single beds, bedroom 2, two single beds with entrance to the bathroom, bedroom 3 two single beds facing the terrace. Second bathroom with entrance from the hallway. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and hairdryer. Shampoo / gel included.
All beds are individual so they can be joined or separated according to the wishes of the guests.

Great stay in Seville

This spot is located fairly centrally. Excellent neighborhood feel and easy access to walk wherever you may want in 30 minutes. We loved our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Perfect place

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was top notch. He did everything to answer questions and help us out. You could tell he wanted to make sure we would enjoy the apartment and the area. Great area to walk to the major sights and shopping. It really was one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. Would not stay any place else in Seville!

An absolute gem!

My family of four (including 8 and 6 year old girls) loved this place. The location is great - on a quiet street without traffic but just walking distance to many plazas, cafes, and Las Setas. The apartment itself is spacious - one bedroom with two beds in the front and two bedrooms in the back. Two large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! We took advantage of the outdoor patio for some quiet reading time in the sun.José Luis was very prompt with his responses to questions we had. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we needed it. We were sad to leave - it was a great spot!

Lovely apartment

We were charmed the moment we opened the door of the apartment. It's spacious, very clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also very comfortable and we appreciated the finer touches that justify the use of the word luxury to describe the property.We enjoyed the items that Jose Luis provided, including coffee, wine,eggs, milk -- and it's nice to have some basics so that you don't immediately need to find a grocery.We would highly recommend this property, and will use it again if we're back in Sevilla.

Beautiful accommodation!

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Great City Break

I would really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed the location, not as busy as the touristy cathedral area, but plenty going on. We enjoyed a couple of nights out at El Rinconcillo. And drinks in the bars just outside. Easy walking distance to everything. Inside is very spacious. Bathroom facilities great. Enjoyed the balcony, even in December some afternoon sun.We were looked after so well by Jose Luis, communication is excellent and he really came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to stay an extra night in the apartment, despite it being a very busy time of year for him.Thankyou again.

Nicely appointed, spacious, communicative owner

Nice, clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Using the appliances was a bit tricky for us; however, the apt. came with detailed instructions. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Mas is the closest full-service grocery store. We recommend braXas nearby restaurant for dinner. Hotel Don Paco was close by for out of town tour pick-ups. You are responsible to bring the trash close by to bins behind Santa Catalina church upon leaving. We enjoyed a comfortable stay!

Lovely central apartment and great service

Lovely apartment - clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location - on a quiet street but with bars, restaurants and shops nearby and easy walk to the main sights. Jose Luis made the check in and check out process very easy for us (despite our late arrival due to plane delays) and offered us great local tips and we really appreciated the breakfast and snack items provided for our arrival.

Amazing property in Sevilla

We loved this apartment and the location was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. Jose was very helpful communicating about our stay and answering any questions we had. The location was wonderful-such a neat neighborhood. Just a short walk to the Setas and so many tapas bars in the area. The apartment was perfect for us and our two teenagers. We were sad to leave the area after just a few days and hopefully will be back. Highly recommend this apartment and host! Wonderful experience.

Just as wonderful!

After several days at this great apartment my husband and I drove to Portugal for 2 weeks, then returned to the apartment for another 4 nights. It was as wonderful as we remembered - spotlessly clean, everything so easy and walking out into the lively neighborhood - so many tapas bars and restaurants and close to just everything. If possible we actually enjoyed it even more the 2nd time around - being familiar with the area. Loved the terrace and spent at least an hour or 2 with books and wine and snacks hanging out there. Air conditioning was great - worked quietly and perfectly. Can’t say enough about José - so kind and helpful and always available to communicate. We asked for help getting taxi’s both times and he got that done for us right away. For some reason we had trouble doing that but José kindly did that for us. He also left wonderful snacks, water, strawberries, coffee, tea etc. for us which was much appreciated. Many thanks again to Jose and Rosa - you are the perfect hosts and your apartment is the perfect rental - we hope to return someday! Debbie and Ed

Beautifully furnished large 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment in the middle of the old town on Seville. Very well stocked flat with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Gorgeous location with all the main destinations within walking distance. Lovely outdoor balcony with comfy relaxing furniture. Although central quiet at night in the flat. Very helpful owner. Thoughtful milk, eggs, tea, coffee etc left ... stairs but lift available. Highly recommend - perfect!

Perfect apartment, perfect hosts!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights before heading to Portugal for 2 weeks. We are also able to rent it for 4 nights on our way back before flying home. We are loving Portugal - it will make leaving much easier knowing we have the Seville apartment to look forward to. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a great location. Exploring during the day, relaxing with wine on the great terrace before heading back out for delicious food. Heaven! The host was always available and there was no any problem with communicating. If you’re visiting Seville we cannot recommend enough this apartment! Thank you José Luis and Rosa for everything!

Everything we needed--restaurants, bakery, groceries, pharmacy, parking, and taxis--are within easy reach. No more than two blocks, in fact. The owner kept in regular contact and provided a lot of useful information that made our stay easy. Highly recommended for sightseeing in Seville.

Every care given to guests' comfort

We loved our stay in José's apartment. Close to the centre but not touristy. Unfortunately we didn't meet José and Rosa as we would have liked to thank them personally for all the thoughtful touches...masking and parcel tape?! Yes they were there in the drawer. It was a great and quiet place to hide from the heat and hordes. Highly recommended for comfort, communications and location.

A superb property

Jose Louis was a wonderful host for this excellent property. We enjoyed the many helpful suggestions sent by Jose Louis for restaurants and suggested sights. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with appliances, coffee and condiments. The neighbourhood is not overly-touristy but within walking distance of the main attractions. We would definitely think of coming back to this property.

Brillante! A host that went above and beyond!

The property exceeded our expectations as it was emaculate and recently updated. Having both a washer and dryer enabled us to pack much less on our trip. The patio was a nice place to sip some wine and watch the sunset. The location was perfect, just 100 meters away from the oldest Tapas bar in Spain and close to all of the key attractions. However, the one thing that sets this place apart from all of the other VRBO's we have stayed is the host Jose, because without him, our vacation would have been upended and possibly ruined. After we arrived I discovered that I left my backpack with my passport in our taxi. As we paid cash there was no way to track in down. I flagged down another taxi but soon discovered via a translator that there are at least 5 major taxi companies in Seville and they all drive white cars that are very similar. In a panic, I texted Jose for his advice. He immediate jumped into action and called all of the 5 taxi companies describing my bag and asking that they call him if and when it is discovered. Within two hours Jose advised me that the bag was found and it was delivered to me via taxi moments later. I don't know what I would have done with Jose! Muchas gracias!

A wonderful few days in Sevilla!

We (3 adults) arrived at the property a little early and Jose Luis was kind enough to let us in remotely. The apartment was beautiful and just perfect for our stay. We each (one couple, one single) had our own bedroom and bath and the kitchen and living room were spacious and very well appointed. However, we spent most of our time while we were in the apartment on the magnificent balcony - the perfect end to our busy days touring. Jose Luis answered all our questions and was available when we needed him; however the apartment was so perfect, we did’t need much help. I highly recommend this lovely property to one and all for your visit to Sevilla. Oh, and the location was great!
