It is centrally located on Calle Rastro, on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, next to the Murillo Gardens, Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes walking away. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating, wooden flooring and double-glazed windows. High speed fiber optics internet modem, which is accessible inside the apartment.

Tired. Everything just OK. Foam mattress trapped heat so even though room was cool, bed was hot. Management personnel friendly and responsive but I prefer a code to enter so you don't have to arrange a meet up to get in a property. Coffeemaker is a moka pot which makes good coffee but is more trouble than a nespresso machine which are used in most modern rentals. Ants on floors and counters. Pool water was clean but liner stained and deck in disrepair. Good laundry drying situation on rooftop with permanent clothes lines. Good location, safe neighborhood, plenty of options for food, drink and groceries. Cramped for two couples but doable.

Pleasant stay in Trace apartments.

Well maintained apartment and also very conveniently located in a quiet street. The apartment itself is well equipped and clean. It’s a good base to explore Seville. Almost everything is within walking distance! Restaurants in the street and around the corner. Supermarket approx. a 6 min walk. All in all a pleasant stay. If I have to comment something , then there could be a garbage bin in each room and a few more sets of towels if you stay longer than a week, on the other hand there is a washing machine.
