Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. A window faces Pastor y Landero street and El Arenal traditional food market. The entrance hall of the apartment has a working desk. There is high speed fibre optic internet connection.

A corridor leads to the interior side of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. It includes oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Hanging lines outside the kitchen window for drying clothes. Dining room with a table and chairs.

La localización es excelente. El apartamento está bien para los planos estrechos de construcción. Sin embargo el cuarto principal es muy ruidoso. Sería muy bueno cambiar el comedor por el dormitorio principal y mejoraría muchísimo. Una recomendación enfática es no poner aromatizadores por toda la casa. El olor desagradable proviene de los baños como cualquier propiedad antigua de la zona y no es tan fuerte. Los aromatizantes si son muy desagradables. El lugar es seguro pero en medio de bares y restaurantes lo que hizo que fuera muy cómodo.

Awesome stay

The apartment is simply awesome, big kitchen, big rooms. Washer .Great AC. Love to be across from the Aral market where you can eat a coffee or drink drinks and then it’s close to the downtown, cathedral area, and Triana.
