This is a nice place on a quiet street but it is a bit of a walk to the city center. We did not have the most helpful staff. The guy who checked us in was a bit clueless and not much help. Our room also had a few minor issues. The safe didn’t work and the blow dryer was broken. The WiFi is also terrible. However, the property is beautiful and the breakfast is really good.

The Hotel looks better in photos than in reality. The pool area in particular needs some renovation. In addition to this, its location is pretty far from the center of the city; you’ll definitely need a cab. The vicinity is also rather lackluster. It’ll do the job, but its nothing special.

Beautiful hotel. Big and comfortable. Super nice staff!

Well run hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was very helpful.

We appreciated the stay at the hotel. A great variety of foods was offered for breakfast. Lunch and diner could be taken at the hotel. Buses to the centre of the city were available at 5-10 minutes walk.

This hotel has a friendly staff and is very clean. It has a nice view and is close to the Main Street, so even without a car, you can explore. The area is safe and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood even in the dark. The welcome drink is very refreshing, and the lobby and courtyard are very beautiful. You can hear the chirping of beautiful birds and see the greenery. The air is clean.

Easy access by car, where the car is parked and we were free to explore Seville on foot. Close to Macarena church, close to bus tour kiosk, and easy stroll along quaint alleys and streets through parks. Many excellent tapas restaurants and opportunities to visit beautiful historic churches. Room was comfortable, clean, and staff helpful. Very happy with our visit.

We drove to the hotel from Granada and arrived with one of our booked rooms which was ready. The check in staff were less than helpful as we had to pry all information from them regarding city map, our location, items of special interest etc. but they were quick to point out that there was a 2 Euro charge for the room safe each day. They tried to give us the worst room which was thread bare and very gloomy as the only window was to the corridor. I went to reception to ask for another room but I had the feeling I was too much bother. The next room they offered was bright clean and roomy but had a shocking smell which did not go away. We had to be content with this room as we were told they were fully booked, however there did not seem to be too many people at breakfast. They had a latin band with Flamingo dancer on Friday evening, however the from desk staff never let anyone know. The kitchen staff were great and attended cheerfully to everyones needs

Clean, well kept, nice location, helpful staff. No issues or concerns.

Ok but nothing special. The distance to the center of town is about a 20 minute walk

I stayed at the San Gil for 3 nights and then again one week later for 1 one night. The hotel staff are very lovely and helpful. The first room we had was nice, but had an ant problem. On the second visit the room was larger and no ants, however the a/c wasn't working. Even with these issues, I would recommend the hotel for its location and staff. We didn't complain about either issue because our stay was short, but I'm sure they would have changed our rooms if possible.

The room was so small there was barely enough space to turn around, and almost none to set down your luggage. They have a flamenco show in the courtyard every night, which is sort of cool the first time for a bit but quickly gets old and means it's loud and you have no privacy (they gave us a first floor room facing the courtyard, claiming there were no other rooms available - on a Monday night in low season?!?) there is also a restaurant which was rigt next to oiur room and this was extremely loud - everytime the waiters, etc. were going in and out of the jitchen it felt like someone was breaking into our room. There might be some nice rooms at this hotel, but don't expect one as it seems like there are also a LOT of "second class" room here that I suspect they save for online booked guests.

Most disappointing...while the hotel building itself is interesting enough it's located in a rapidly-deteriorating neighborhood, complete with nocturnal panhandlers. Construction noise made the room most uncomfortable during the day, and the canned-flamenco music in the evenings, accompanying the two dancers on a plywood stage in the courtyard, made the rooms uninhabitable until ten. We made alternative arrangements for our three-day stay in Seville, and checked out after one night.

I went to spend my vacation in Seville,Spain. The air conditioning was not cooling enough and the weather was very hot there.
