My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the H10 Hotel in Sevilla. The junior room offered great space and was very comfortable. The location felt extremely safe and was within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring Sevilla very easy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. We had made two separate reservations because we couldn’t add an extra night on Expedia, but the front desk noticed and made sure we stayed in the same room without any extra charges. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to welcome us—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the hotel’s installations were modern and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Sevilla.

Staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Would have given 5 stars but we unfortunately had a bad drain odour in our room due to the rain and drainage problems. Overall room was very clean and appreciated the touletries and robes provided. Excellent location aswell.

Clean rooms of a good size, large shower, great location with restaurants and bars west of the hotel and the city centre the other, walking distance to both. There was a lovely cafe (Jester) a few doors down too which we went to for breakfast.

This hotel is such fab value for money! We really felt it could have been a 4 star. The staff allowed us to securely leave our bags with them pre and post check-in/out so we could explore the city more comfortably. The hotel is very spacious, well appointed and all the staff were polite and helpful, even brining drinks from the bar up to the pool terrace for us! The pool is small but perfectly formed and people are respectful not to reserve beds, or even stay up there for too long, in our experience, so were considerate of others. We didn’t use the hotel breakfast, as right next door are two excellent cafe’s with breakfast options and great coffee! The hotel is also very conveniently located for both central Seville by the cathedral and also a short walk to the river and bridges over to the more local neighbourhoods of Triana.

Honest review: Beautiful hotel, the decor is inviting and there is staff to assist for service however I do believe they are understaffed. The breakfast needed at least another person to help. The pool area is really poorly furnished, with the aggressive sun, there is not enough chairs to relax on as well as umbrellas that are not covering anything. The suitcases are not put into the room which was disappointing, however they do have champagne upon arrival. The room was super spacious and clean, my fridge was not cooled down, the water also took at least 5-10 min to warm up on top of that. The vents are also the only pathway for air conditioning meaning that any unpleasant smell from nearby room (including restrooms) travels down and leave an unpleasant air. Overall it was decent and ok but far from what I was expecting. I did mentioned the inconveniences to a staff who pretty much said it is what it is and did apologise, the fridge was cooled down but that’s about it. Mixed feelings but the location is absolutely amazing so please make an informed decision before booking!
