Duplex with private terrace with beautiful views, located in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz three minutes from the cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar with capacity for five people.
It is located in the historic center of the city, Santa Cruz, fifteen minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the train station; is a very quiet area but very close to bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
It is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating, free internet, linens, towels, and washing machine.


The apartment has two floors: the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Its spacious living room has balconies overlooking the street Bamberg. All rooms are bright and exterior. . On the second floor of this duplex is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in a small reading room, where there is access to the beautiful private terrace full of flowers and plants, with dining table for six and an area of seating for four / five people and an outdoor shower.
The apartment is bright and quiet, and is a charming place that will make your stay in Sevilla unforgettable.

We spent six nights at the apartment. It was well stocked and in a fantastic location, short walk to everything. Patio is fantastic for a late-night drink or morning coffee. Located on a quiet street next to a great Tapas venue.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was exactly as listed, really nice to stay in for the couple of nights needed. There was a little bit of confusion on location, as the Google maps location given and the address listed is different, just make sure you confirm you are going to the correct location, it across from Bar Estrella which was absolutely delicious. There also seemed to be a miscommunication at first on which location we booked when communicating with the host, which was quickly taken care of and check out was extremely easy. The private terrace is perfect for an evening in, the location is very quiet and great for getting to downtown destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in the old section of Sevilla, on a plaza, very near the Catedral de Sevilla.

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay in the apartment. It is fully updated, very well kept, overlooks a plaza that has many restaurants, and is just a few minutes walk to the Catedral de Sevilla. The two levels of living space gave the two of us a lot of elbow room. The terrace on the second level provided a shaded outdoor area with views of the neighborhood. Finally, Maria was an attentive host. Her communication with us was timely, she is easy to reach, and very responsive.

Great location, wonderful terrace!

So close to everything that you want to see in Seville yet away from the bustle. Perfect little tapas bar right around the corner. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated with a small kitchen if you do want to cook. Checking in and out was simple and Maria is quick to get back if you have an issue.

Amazing apartment in an amazing part of town

Don’t look further. THIS is your place! It’s spacious and beautiful in the most perfect part of town. Walk to absolutely everything. Super quiet. All amenities needed. We could not have been happier. Lovely central perch in Seville

This property was in the heart of the city, seemingly less than ten minutes from anyplace we wanted to go, and yet quiet and calm. We ate our breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace, and slept well with the thick sound-proof windows blocking out the lively street noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Great room in Sevilla

My wife, grandson, and I stayed here at about this same time of year two years age. The only thing that change since then was that Maria had a combination key box hanging outside and she gave me the combination over the phone. And this time we had to fill out some government forms, giving our passport numbers etc., the same thing that many hotels in Europe have done for years. Then she picked them up later. Her property is a wonderful property. It is everything that she advertises it to be. It is exceptionally clean and well set up. I would only advise that no one should trying walking up or down the stairs to the second floor of the apartment in their stocking feet, they are polished stone and very slick. The kitchen is well organized, as is the bathroom. The living room is nicely set up and arranged. This time of the year, the a/c is needed very little, if at all. Maria was very helpful. The apartment is on the 1st floor with the second bedroom upstairs the location is great you can walk to most nearby. We paid a security deposit of Euros 80 and still haven't been refunde dispite Maria agreeing to do so more than a week ago

Perfect location but a soured experience

You can't beat the location. This is just a block or two from the center of everything. The terrace is delightful and the bed is comfortable. Just outside the door is a wonderful bar/restaurant - Bar Estrella which we highly recommend. This would have been a great experience except for two things: 1.) The shower is practically unusable. The drain was so stopped up that after just a few seconds the water accumulated to a level where the bathroom could flood. One had to stop the water, let it drain, and resume -- just to take a short shower. We could have let the first issue go. Things like this happen, right? But it was the second problem that really bothered us ... 2.) The clothes washing machine was broken and Maria, rather than helping us with it (after several messages on VRBO and text messages), actually charged us saying that WE damaged it.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, which has a great roof terrace! Location was perfect it is across the road from the best tapas bar in Seville (that's our opinion!), and within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and flamenco museum. Perfect for our short break in Seville.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Séville en logeant dans l’appartement de Maria. Idéalement situé près des principaux monuments (la cathédrale est à deux pas), propre, terrasse spacieuse et logement bien équipé. La literie est parfaite. De beschrijving van deze woning was op essentiële punten volstrekt niet in overeenstemming met de realiteit. Het genoemde oppervlak van 140 m2 haalt in werkelijkheid niet eens de helft! Twee badkamers? Er is er maar één! Centrale verwarming? Eén elektrische radiator tussen de (open) slaapkamer en de zit/eetkamer op de benedenverdieping. Daarboven een ontkoppelde airco. Op de bovenverdieping één airco in de ruimte tussen de trap en de slaapkamer. Zeer krappe keuken, waar maar één persoon tegelijk in kan. Geen ventilatie of afzuiger. Pannen sleets en hobbelig op de elektrisch kookplaat. Gevaarlijk glibberige vloer in de douche. Diverse lampen kapot.
