We loved it! It had plenty of room for our families (2 families of 4).Kitchen was nice.Living room was cozy and beds were great.The only problem we had was the hot tub but contacted host and they got it fixed. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes well.Lost hot water couple of times.Strong sulfur smell in the neighborhood.Overall we had a good stay.

My family loved staying at this cabin. The games were great for the kids, there was a good amount of space for 6 of us to hang out, and it had a cozy cabin feel. The hot tub was nice and heated up well.

The cabin was nice and spacious and we liked the location. However, the floors never got cleaned and the cabin was dusty, the pillows were very uncomfortable, we were walking into cobwebs, and there were a lot of general maintenance stuff that needed addressing. Hot tub had no steps into it, bathroom light was out so was taking a shower in the dark, ceiling fan downstairs is broke (could not use the fan without the light being on), outside light by steps didn't work, toilet downstairs moves around, patio door upstairs doesn't open properly, had a moldy shower curtain, and dryer needs a new belt (made a squeaking noise when running). We also had a squirrel in our cabin upon arrival and ended up trapping it under a door, but that was never taken care of the whole week we were there. I addressed several of these things to property manager and maintenance; however, only a couple things were addressed. The property manager also said they would bring things out or fix something a couple different times, but didn't follow through with that either. We enjoyed our stay, but wasn't happy with the management and their lack of follow through.

Pros: Location was great. Duplex was as described. Clean, beautiful, and well stocked. Had plenty of room for all.Cons:Communication from host was poor. We didn’t receive check in information until 2 hrs before check in time. That was after I had called and messaged the host multiple times with no response. Finally had to reach out to VRBO who got us in touch with the host. Then the check in info sent was for the wrong dates (2 weeks prior to our dates). Was reassured that even though the dates were listed wrong, the code would still be accurate. Tells me the code is never changed, which worried me for security reasons. Outside had frequent sewer smell. Sometimes bad enough that we couldn’t enjoy the deck or hot tub.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Everything was great. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having their own area downstairs complete with TV, games, beds & bathroom. Lots of room for us to get together for meals & hang after venturing out. Very walkable area. Our daughter loved walking down to see the river every morning. It was quieter than what I expected. Location is 15 minutes from all the touristy things you'll want to do. My only complaint was having to do a u-turn to head out of the edition...which if that's the only thing I have to complain about, I think I'm doing ok. Would absolutely recommend for a small family looking for a quiet getaway.

Lovely location

We were very happy with the property and the facilities provided. The ladies would have liked some shampoo. Unfortunately we had a broken glass in the cupboard which when we removed it shattered further resulting in a cut finger. However all in all we really enjoyed our stay despite the fact it wasn't easy to find a decent evening restaurant close by.

Great location!

This had the best location - just a straight shot down Wears Valley and 2 turns and you're there. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Instant communication with the property manager - we will definitely stay here again!!

Extended weekend getaway

The house was the perfect size for our group, 2 children and 5 adults. Plenty of sleeping room and privacy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the things we needed, plates, utensils, coffee mugs, etc. Only complaints from our group was that there were ants in the kitchen when we arrived and the upstairs bedroom window was found open. There was a hiccup in our check in process, however, that was handled very quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property.
