Beautiful Cabin!

My Husband and i spent two days in this Cabin. We had a great time. The Cabin was beautiful and cozy. Great views !!!, easy access to the town . The amenities were a plus and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Joyce was Great! We definitely want to come back .

The cabin was perfect for a family stay. Perfectly placed being so close to many area attractions like Dollywood, Ober mountain, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Family vacation

Great location, short trip to either pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Plenty of beds for everyone in our group of 11. We also enjoyed the catch and release pond!

A great property with plenty of room to spread out. Parking might be challenging if you had multiple vehicles, but outside of that this was a great rental!

Everybody happy

Great location to the Smokey’s and Dollywood. Clean. Was perfect for our family of 10. The kids (12, 9, 8, 6) loved the hot tub and games. Beautiful views from multiple balconies. Quiet.

Beautiful views

This home is beautiful. As we were checking in, the cleaner was jusy leaving. I would have hoped that with such a high cleaning fee the place would have been better cleaned. There was dust webs everywhere, the baseboards were covered in dust, we had to wash any cups used due to qhat looked like dog hair in them. There was a pile of trash, dust, & hair pushed to the side on the steps. There was hair left in the bed from the previous guest. This home is gorgeous & the views are breathtaking! Check in & out process was easy peesy! We were able to communicate with the owners qith no problems! We would luv to stay here again if they had better more observant cleaners! Our family made many memories & the kids enjoyed themselves as well!

Clean, Comfortable Cabin

We had a large group (5 adults and 10 kids) and there was plenty of room for us all! The location was great as it wasn't too far from all the attractions, but was still peaceful and quiet. The view from the deck was also amazing. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but Joyce had it taken care of within the first couple hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Bear Time Cabin

We enjoyed the cabin and our first trip to the Smoky Mountains. My husband and I have mobility problems because of arthritic knees, so we had difficulty with the steep incline of the driveway and the stairs in the cabin. It also would help to have grab bars in the tubs because I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub. So maybe give a heads up to older folks with mobility issues.

Awesome family vacation in the Smokey Mountains!

Cabin in great location to all major activities, beautiful view. Cabin was clean, roomy, and had more than enough amenities. Every floor had its own private deck with either a hot tub, gas fireplace and ample seating for entire family. The game room was a blast with air hockey, arcade and movie theatre. I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner rental

Disappointing

We were excited to stay in this cabin during a family trip to Dollywood. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and we all fit comfortably. That said, there was very little counter space for meal prep, no hand soap or dishwasher pods or laundry detergent. The only hand soap we found was mostly emptied bottles of watered down, old soap. The container for dishwasher pods under the sink was there but empty. There was dust all over the walls and dried pee at the base of the toilets. We’ve stayed at many different cabins in Gatlinburg and this was the most disappointing. When the nearest stores are 15min + away, it makes not having the simple things available very inconvenient. Having simple things available like salt and pepper make a huge difference. The beds were also VERY firm and uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing

The cabin was exactly what my family (including my parents and teen girls) needed for our weekend getaway. The only downside is the driveway is very steep and not a great space to walk the dogs (especially for my elderly dad). Other than that, this cabin was perfect. Great location. Easy check in. Great communication with the owner. Definitely recommend.

Amazing staying at this cabin

This cabin is beautiful!!! amazing view , where you can see the smoky mountians. The location is perfect! 10 to 15 minutes to publix, food city, walmart, and other grocery stores. Pigeon Forge is very closed (15 minutes) where you find a lot of things to do and places to eat. Joyce was great, she answered all of our questions before the trip and she was very informative. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great stay at breck

Layout was excellent…so much living space and each bedroom generously sized. Kitchen was fully stocked so easy to cook. Had guests each night and plenty hangout space. 3 bathrooms were great to have. It’s not ski-in/ski-out but the Quicksilver lift was only a 5min walk through the woods on a well worn path. I’d definitely stay here again. Great vacation!

Perfect cabin for a large group- tons to do inside the cabin (hot tub, games, theater, firepit), everything was working properly and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Owner is quick to respond to your questions. Highly recommend cabin! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great weekend!
