Welcome to Sparkling View Splash! This newly constructed 3400+ sqft, 5-bedroom, 5-bath cabin in Black Bear Ridge Resort offers parking for 4 vehicles, a private indoor pool, home theater, game room, hot tub, and wifi throughout.

Main Level:
The entry level includes the dine-in kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen HDTV, and an electric fireplace for a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the bar.
There is a hall bathroom with tub/shower for added convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, electric fireplace, and a spacious private bathroom with shower.
