The View Too is a newly renovated cabin in Grandview Resort. It is conveniently located just a few minutes away from all of the fun and action of Pigeon Forge. From the moment you arrive your cares will begin to melt away. The cabin is perfect for your family vacation, couples retreat or romantic getaway. It is comfortably furnished and your every need has been anticipated.

The first floor features a Living Room with 57 Inch HDTV and Blu-Ray Player. There is a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat arranged for conversation. Adjoining the Living Room is a Breakfast Nook with Farm Table and the fully stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Just off the Breakfast Nook is a 1/2 bath. The first floor Master Suite is elegantly furnished. It has a pillow top King Sized mattress and Private Bath. The Suite features a 39 Inch 4K HDTV and Blu-Ray Player.

The First Floor Wrap Around Deck features a Gas Grill and Picnic Table; perfect for outdoor dining or board games.

The heart of Second Floor is the amazing Game Room. The room has a 65 inch 4K HD TV with sound bar and powered subwoofer for a theater like viewing experience while lounging on the Reclining Sectional Sofa. The location, area and comfort of the cabin as well as the views were great! We enjoyed our stay! But we had a few concerns. 1st: the carpenter bees. We DO have much respect for nature and want to preserve and protect as much as possible. However, there comes a point when enuff is enuff as they were diving at us everytime we tried to come or go from the cabin during the day. We called maintenance and he told us to shew them away with a towel. If my granddaughters would have been with us, this situation would have been worse. There was at least 20-30 bees hanging around the porch and driveway. 2nd: The cleaniness of the place could be better. There's mildew or mold on the under side of the hottub cover and I do not believe the hot tub has been treated with chlorine just has a device to hold it floating around with nothing the and there were active mice in the kitchen. On the bright side, the King beds were way more comfortable than staying in a hotel!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Kids especially enjoyed the game room and the triple bunk bed. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is we had some noisy neighbors that kept us up passed midnight couple nights in a row that affected our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and everything the area attractions had to offer.

Very relaxing cabin, beautiful big. Has everything you need. Very easy drive to the parkway, very easy drive to knoxville. Nice area and quiet. Host was very helpful and kind! Only two things that kept me from giving it a 5 was the not so comfortable beds, especially the bunk beds, and there was quite a bit of dust/ lint balls around and cobwebs behind the beds and the coffee pot was pretty gross.

Checking in after dark was tough. All of the houses look alike and there was no light on the house number. No shampoo. Dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. Pretty warm upstairs so if in summer or fall make sure you win rock paper scissors for the downstairs bedroom.

There was dust all in the rooms ceiling fans look like they’ve haven’t been dusted in months. It’s very very hot upstairs just needs to be cleaned up a lot more than what I expected it to be but all in all it was a great stay wish I could get some of my money back because my husband did get very sick because of the dust.

Arrived on Tuesday left on Sunday. 2 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids.The cabin was dirty. It had not been dusted in years and the floors were disgusting. The trash cans were already full when we arrived and the trash never got picked up.The community pool was nice accept the water features in the kids area did not in the work and when we asked they said they haven’t seen them on in years. The cabin would have been nice if it wasn’t so dirty.

Home away from home

This was a beautiful spacious cabin. It had everything we needed to accommodate our families week long stay. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed such as some of the remotes needed fresh batteries so we had to share remotes to operate the tvs, the whirlpool tub jets and lights do not work so essentially it's just an oversized tub to bathe in, and the hot tub temperature button doesn't work so the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We very much enjoyed the game room amenities and having a washer and dryer was a big help so we didn't have to come home from vacation and do a bunch of laundry. The view from the porch swing was beautiful! Highly recommend!

2nd Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location (not far from town, but far enough for a peaceful stay)! We love how roomy the cabin is. Everyone can have their own space. My only reason for rating it a 4 would be the cabin is in need of some newer pots and pans and more spoons. We always like to grocery shop and cook once or twice to save a little money and the lack of pots/pans made it difficult. Overall, you will not be disappointed staying here!

Game Room was a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View Too! Cabin was just as advertised and the game room was a hit with our teens and pre teen. Only had a few light bulbs that needed replacing but Luis (maintenance) got us squared away and was so nice to come out on a Sunday. Of course the view is amazing, and neighbors are close but friendly. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others as well.
