The house was gorgeous but there were a few issues during our stay. Bedroom 4 ended up leaking all over while we were out due to the AC which caused us to have to do a lot of laundry for 3 to 4 hours. The maintenance crew that came to fix the leak left debris everywhere including a cigarette on the porch.There was a live wire that was under the island that was not protected and then just a few loose handles (fridge and bedroom door). The fire pit swings and chairs had some wood pieces missing but that did not hamper much.Other than those items, our stay was quiet, relaxing and enough room/space with tons of activities for our family (all adults).Advant was very communicative during the entire stay and took note of all the issues pointed out so I am hopeful everything gets fixed for future families :)I still would recommend the property to others as the good outweighed the bad
The wire that was not protected - we had the maintenance guy put tape around the end for the time being

Some of thr boards missing but did not cause too many issues during stay as we still used it
Love love LOVE the movie theater but would recommend pillows under feet for more comfort :)

Quite neighborhood

Very spacious house. Clean property. Swimming pool was perfect for what we needed. I would say overall the stay was very good. Could add an extra mini split upstairs for more a/c during the hot months but wasn’t terrible.

Excellent Place for Large Group

Our extended family had an excellent stay here! My family of 3, my sister’s family of 4, and my parents were very comfortable! Stocked well with necessities (sheets, towels, kitchen items) and best amenities… washer/dryer, POOL, and pool table! Although the kitchen area was a bit warmer than the rest of the upstairs & could definitely benefit from a ceiling fan, you can cool off by the couches. The bedrooms were all comfortably cool with super comfy beds! (The beds are high, so if you may have difficulty climbing up, bring a small kids stepstool). Loved that the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms! Even with our large group, we never had an issue with enough hot water. Back porch is beautifully set up for outdoor gathering. Our only surprise was that the yard was smaller than anticipated (we had planned a 50yr vow renewal ceremony for my parents with that space in mind, but the porch worked just fine). Still more than adequate space for the dogs to “take care of business”, and the listing pics have been updated since our original booking & are accurate. Great neighborhood loops to walk the dogs. Also… great location!! Far enough away to be quiet at night, but yet a short distance to the Pigeon Forge festivities. There are 2 mountain coasters 1mi away. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size for our family. Having the pool and the movie room was a big plus for keeping the kids entertained! The only issue we had was not enough space in the cans for garbage

Smoky Mountain Family Vacay

They had adequate supplies (paper products, towels, bedding, etc) and it lasted us all week. The pool and hot tub were favorites. When we checked in we noticed the pool was dirty. The AvantStay hosts had someone come out and address the issue which made us comfortable using them. AvantStay is very responsive and handles any issues promptly. We had plenty of space in the house. The baby equipment was very helpful. We traveled with a toddler and had less to bring since it was already there. We did note that the baby gate didn't securely fit in the stairwell so be attentive with your little ones. Luckily for us the gate alone was enough to deter our toddler.

Fun, but overpriced

Darling place with bad upkeep. The pool door area was completely muddy and needs gravel. The upcup of the pool entry area needs attention. There were some unused boards along the driveway that was unsightly. The front porch was nice & entry was a easy. The interior & decor look great upon first inspection but the living area is smaller than it appears. The multiple bedrooms w/bathrooms are super nice but no bathroom in basement was an inconvenience especially with the pool. The pool/pool area was not cleaned & actually kind of gross when we arrived. I contacted the manager & she sent someone right away to clean it. The pool could use some updates. It wasn't very inviting or nice. We barely used it. The theater room was awesome but again was only surface clean. There was popcorn & dirt under the chairs. They had a super cute popcorn machine but no popcorn or supplies so we didn't use it. It was very hot in there & no way to control temperature as the controls are locked in a box. It was uncomfortable to be in there. The kitchen is barely stocked & needs a deep clean. Basically dishes, cookware, utensils, salt, pepper, oil and coffee. The floors are peeling up & one bathroom door couldn't be opened due to constantly ripping the floor. Folded out the couches & the mattresses were filthy with crumbs, etc. The light over the grill didn't work. Beer bottle laying beside deck, deck furniture was mildewed and worn. Hot tub ok. Overall not worth price. Had fun but it could be improved

Lovely Large Family Getaway

Hard to find an affordable place with so many king beds and so many bathrooms! Finally we had a vacation where all couples got a king and bathroom and kids were happy too. Had a toddler with us too and the high chair, pack and play and gate for the stairs were very appreciated. Living space was a bit smaller than expected but we left the house a lot anyway. Movie room and pool obviously a hit. Be aware the walls are a bit thin and all bedrooms are right off the main living space so if you're trying to have a game night after babies go to bed you'll have to keep quieter. Overall we were very happy though. Also lovely that it was dog friendly.

Wonderful properties and amenities!

The stay at pink pines was absolutely perfect for our peaceful bachelorette weekend. There is plenty of bathroom space and the room sizes are amazing. There was no closet space so be sure to bring a few hangers for the hooks they have. The owners were extremely responsive and we would definitely return in the future!

Lots of great about this, but a few issues

This extended family of 13, 9 adults and 4 small children stayed for 4 nights. We were very excited to stay here and for the most part it was good. It was a great place for nervous parents, as we were able to corral the kids with 4 baby gates - for downstairs, 2 doors and 1 deck steps. the central open area was fabulous for the kiddos AND adults to chat. The pool was wonderful for the kids and had a good lock that kept it locked. Water temp was good. The theatre was great for all the adults to play video games and movies - 9 lazy boy type chairs! The kitchen was workable for all - everything we needed for cooking, baking, stove top food and crock pot. The refrigerator was large enough for all our food and the table fit all of us. Now, the issues. The queen bedroom with queen bunk should have been used for children only. The family in that room had a hard time sleeping on it bc there were only 3 slats on the bottom bunk and only 4 on the top. Soft mattresses with no board gave this family unrestful nights. We didnt use the hot tub bc of brown scum - it was explained that it was the iron in the water, but being hot tub owners we didn't feel comfortable. A door lock repair was taken care of quickly and questions were addressed quickly. Overall a good stay!

HORRIBLE SEWER SMELL

The cabin was spacious and nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. But, the water had a horrendous sewer smell. We thought maybe they were working on the water lines somewhere, so we waited until the 2nd day and it just continued to get worst. We couldn’t stand the smell to be able to take a shower. We contacted Avant Stay, and they reached back out to us saying that the cabin runs off of well water and that there wasn’t anything they could do. We were also told that they would work out some sort of reimbursement to make things right at the end of our stay, but no one ever reached out to us.

Smokey Mountain Getaway

We loved staying here on our trip with 4 adults and 5 small kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, tons of stuff for the kids to do (the indoor pool was a huge hit) and my daughter loved all the pink touches all over the house. Really close to all the fun things in Pigeon Forge - someone in our group coined it Las Vegas for kids! Overall a great stay here, the hosts were very responsive and quick to address any issue or question we had. This is a really great option for a group of friends - or a couple families looking for somewhere nice in the Smokies!

Great property

Plenty of space for our family and the pool was perfect. Whole family also enjoyed the theater. Could have been cleaner, and the air conditioner isn't strong enough for the space. I contacted manager about hotbtub being cloudy, and he immediatly responded and sent someone to take care of it. Ice maker was extremely slow making ice. Overall our stay was terrific.

Pink Pines

Property was clean and fresh. Most everything is supplied including cookware and utensils for grilling. The cabin is in close proximity to everything that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offers. Overall, our experience was 5/5 stars. We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin was exactly as pictured online. Everything was clean and beautiful. It was fully stocked with towels, laundry detergent, essentials for the kitchen and Bath room. We had 9 people in total stay, four adults and five kids. We also had 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for everybody to have their own space and to have fun with each other. The hot tub and the pool were of course the 2 favorite things for our kids and us. We cooked meals and they provided a fully furnished kitchen and everything was accessible and easy to find.The only one issue we had was upon check in the pool was green and we had to submit a call and they had someone come out promptly to clean it and add chemicals. But we were not able to swim till the next day. Overall I would stay here again and I would highly recommend it. It was very clean and very beautiful and fully stocked with beautiful property with a nice backyard and sideyard.
