Viewing the cabin on here and then going to the cabin was not the best experience. Pulling up to the cabin the hill to get to the cabin is a crazy steep hill! There is no lights to the driveway no marker lights or anything on the driveway. Upon walking into the cabin it was not clean! Items broken stains all over items. No game system tvs not working. The steps to go to the upstairs kitchen living room area are busted and look very worn down. Pool table in basement was broken and also had a lot of stains all over it! Beam bags ripped and also stains allOver them. Contacted the host he offered to have the cleaners come but we did it ourselves. Not even an offer to have any money back or anything when I booked this cabin 6 months in advance! Wired hanging out of the ceiling above bunk beds. Blinds broken on one door and completely missing on the other door. Overall the stay was not the experience my family and I were hoping for. Just be aware of these things when booking this cabin! 10/10 would not recommend this experience

The hot tub didn't work properly the knobs were missing and couldn't get all the jets to work. Very dusty when my bedding had to find a blanket that was in a closet so i didn't have to smell dust. Had to clean the tubs before use due to being dirty. There is no iron. The theater room would not work for the tv and took a few days to get a new remote. All this should have been working. the tub downstairs jets did not work. The phone number to contact host was useless. I had to go through the site to contact him and it took forever to get a response. I feel like i should get my cleaning charge back since i had to clean to use the place

For the price this property is OK. There is a general need for upkeep and updates - but an overall good experience. There are bears around the property so be mindful of that!

Family fun in the Smoky Mountains

We enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the media room and the hot tub was amazing! Some seating back by the hot tub would be a great addition. The driveway is difficult, but it is to be expected in the mountains- some reflective driveway markers would be helpful for navigating the driveway at night. Alejandro was very responsive to any questions or issues we had and check-in was a breeze. Location of the cabin was great- just about everything you’d want to go do/see was within 30 minutes or so. The private hot tubs in the rooms are an excellent addition! The wrap around deck was perfect for my morning coffee and for bear watching- we easily saw more than a dozen bears during our 6 night stay at the cabin! I would recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area. It is a great place to unwind after a full day of fun in the Smoky Mountains!

Amazing time!!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Very clean, from the drive in on the property to the home itself. My Husband and I were appreciate of the quiet times in the area, a plus with kids and needing some rest. Kinda in the middle of all the fun things for families too.. Highly recommended!

Terrific Time in Tennessee!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Tennessee! The house is privately nestled in the woods and we enjoyed the theater room, hot tub, pool table, and community pool amenities. The communication with Alejandro was EXCELLENT. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.

My family absolutely loves the house. See the bears was an awesome experience for my family. GREAT

My family loved it. Had an issue with the drive way, but otherwise it was great. The host was amazing in response with any issues. Plus super nice. The kids loved seeing the cub and the theater room. It was extremely beautiful home. Slept great in the beds.

Our family met up in TN to spend a week at this cabin. We enjoyed listening and watching nature from the second deck. The home was very clean and had all the necessities to be able to enjoy a meal at the cabin.

We loved it

Went down with my wife and kids for a couple days. Cabin was great. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained and the wife and I loved relaxing on the porch. Beautiful cabin. Highly recommend.

Comfortable

The cabin was very comfortable and spacious! We were a group of 12 and didn’t feel like we were constantly bumping into each other. We loved how easy it was to communicate with the owners and how quickly they responded. The address sign was difficult to see and this is definitely made for more of a 4WD car, but it’s still manageable. We definitely had great experience! I will say, if you get up to drink coffee on the porch by where you park, be careful! We had a bear encounter our 2nd morning there. It was exciting, but also a little scary. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future!

Perfect for bear viewing!

We slept 12 here and had plenty of room. The 2nd floor wrap around balcony was perfect for safely viewing the many active bear in the area. We took bear spray, never needed it. Better safe than sorry. The drive can be tricky at the bend but a regular sized vehicle will have no problem. We had an extended length van we parked at the bottom of the drive. Not a bad walk up though. I would rent this again. Homey, comfortable, roomy, convenient to tourist areas.
