Primary renter must be 25+, provide ID, and be present during the stay.
Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking.
Pet-friendly (dogs only). Absolutely no other animals allowed – must be crated when unattended.
Maximum occupancy: 16 guests – strictly enforced.
Guests and vehicles must be registered with Shagbark Security.
Potential to see bears. It is the Smoky Mountains they are abundant in the area

There is currently a $200 per pet fee for the entire stay

All bookings are subject to a security hold of $500 placed on the guest's credit card via the host's credit card processing company. Airbnb guests will be required to have a credit card on file with us to process the security deposit hold within 48 hours of booking. The hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 5 days following departure of damage-free stays
