This beautiful new 3 level cabin sleeps up to 8 people with two en- suite bedrooms, a game room with futon and a sofa sleeper. This cabin is the perfect base to explore the Smokies! It's close to local attractions and offers several of its own - indoor pool, pool table and multi-cade, an outdoor grill, and streaming smart TVs.

Guest access
You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself

★ OCUPANCY
8 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm

No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $100 charge per half-hour

★ HEATED INDOOR POOL
The pool is the highlight of the cabin! The 16 ‘x 7’ 10”Indoor Pool is heated to 84 degrees year round. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 4 feet deep. There is also a bathroom on pool level for your convenience. Use at your own risk and supervise children as there is no life guard.

★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S:
High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay throughout the cabin.

The living room has a 65 inch large flat screen Roku smart TV, great for family movies or ballgames and the Game Room room has a 65 inch streaming Roku smart TV. Streaming smart Roku TVs are also in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc...

★ BEDROOMS
There are 2 king master bedrooms which accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. The bottom floor is a game room outside the pool room which has a futon and can sleep 2. The queen sofa sleeper in the main living area can sleep 2 more people.

★ BATHROOMS
3 roomy bathrooms: 1 walk-in shower, 1 shower/bathtub combo and 1 pool level 1/2 bathroom.

★ KITCHEN
A dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen and 2 bar stools comfortably seats 6 people. The open dining area and a fully equipped kitchen provide for wonderful space for family gatherings. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ DECKS
Three levels of decks with rocking chairs on all levels. The bottom two levels of decks have string lights to enjoy at night.

★ LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out

★TRASH
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick up. An additional trash pickup can be coordinated for an additional $25 fee. Please message us if you need a mid-stay trash pickup

★ HOT TUB
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ GAMES
The bottom level game room is complete with a pool table and multicade arcade to enjoy at your leisure.

★ SECURITY
Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front entrance for your safety. Ring camera turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras

★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave

★ Absolutely No Smoking

★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages

★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We recommend four wheel drive during inclement weather and winter months for the steep road into the neighborhood.
