This was a beautiful and spacious cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you needed for cooking. The hot tub was the high point. The negative part for us was dirty linen in the master bedroom bed. Brown spots on sheets that looked a little like feces or smushed brownies and there was rodent droppings in the dresser drawers on the extra bedding. My son got stung by a wasp in his bed upstairs the first night. The remotes for the tvs were specific to each one and they were not in the correct rooms. Lastly, the WiFi information was a little hard to find. We had no cell reception and was unable to get on our phone to review instructions or get in touch with anyone for the first two hours. We finally found the information on the side of refrigerator. Again, the cabin was beautiful, spacious, wee stocked and roomy. I would just suggest getting a better cleaning crew and check behind them before renting out.

Cabin was tucked away in a resort but yet close to everything you needed. We had lots of room for all of us to relax and enjoy our trip. We took advantage of having a pool at the house. Though on the small side we all still enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub was used every night and had amazing views!!!

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time. Cabin was beautiful and we had plenty of room for our large group! The pool was an amazing bonus. It may be small but it was perfect for the kids. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in every room were great. Loved the big kitchen table for us to all eat at. Would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, our stay started out with a lot of issues. We arrived around 5pm and were unable to enter the cabin due to the code not working, but upon further investigation, we discovered that the back door was unlocked. Both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats were reading 80 degrees (in mid-June). Before calling the 24/7 issues line, we lowered the thermostat and waited a bit. After an hour, it only moved to 79, and we called the 24/7 issues line. No answer. Then, we discovered that all of the towels and 1 of the bedspreads were damp. We called the issues line again and finally spoke to someone who asked us to take photos of the thermostats and the damp linens. At this point, hours later, we were hot, tired from driving all day and frustrated. Having to provide photographic evidence of the issues in the cabin before maintenance was willing to even discuss addressing the issues was infuriating. Both my husband and I communicated with the maintenance team who were patronizing and unhelpful. We had to threaten to leave to get them to send out an HVAC technician, who eventually arrived around 8pm. Apparently, both units were low on coolant and the downstairs unit was not operational due to an electrical issue. The technician resolved the problem and by 9pm, the cabin was cool. We used our own beach towels to shower and finally revived towels 24 hrs later. They also gave us a new code which worked but only for the cabin and not the main gate. Not worth it for almost 4k.

Fun Family Stay

Spacious, Good Location

This was a spacious cabin in a great location near tourist areas. We wished the neighbors were a little farther away and the view from the porch was not of the neighbors. The pool was under whelming and the kids used it for all of an hour. Plenty of space, could have split it with other family or friends and stil enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a good stay at this cabin. The cabin is very nice and the beds were comfortable. It is also very close to all the things, so as far as location goes, you can't go wrong. Our boys loved the pool and we all enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing games and eating. There are 4 misses for us during our stay. First the towels. When we got there our towels were cutely placed on our bed or on the towel racks in the bathrooms, but they were all very damp. Plus, there were not enough of them. We didn't have anything to step out onto after showers and we had very few hand towels and no dish drying towels. Second, the hot tub. The cover wasn't properly in place and we were unable to put it on due to a huge rip and Styrofoam coming out of the side. So without the cover the hot tub took forever to heat up and never maintained a good temp. Third, what is with all the remotes? There were 8 remotes on the mantle, none properly labeled and to figure out access to the tv/dish was a nightmare. We never did fully figure it out and whatever we did figure out buffered constantly. This leads me to the fourth miss, general information about operations. We had to text for the swim room code and the trashcan key code. Text for the check out instructions. They give you a QR code that sends you to a website that has information, but not this type of information. I am grateful for their quick response, but some good old paper with operation instructions goes a long way.

Amazing views & perfect for large groups

Cabin is just like described and pictures, the views are amazing and was perfect when we arrived. We were notified when it was finished being cleaned on check in day and were allowed early check in which was great. Plenty of room for our large froup.

Amazing Cabin

This cabin is all it’s advertised to be and more! It’s beautiful, open, clean, well-stocked, in a great location, etc etc etc. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
