Good: - place was pretty clean- instructions to find the house were easy to follow, GPS got us there- furniture down stairs was comfyCould have been better:- water pressure was not great- the hose provided does not reach the fire pit- the pool needs a deep clean and is not walkable (1/3) mile basically straight up steep hills and sharp curves). It’s a 5 minute drive.We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked nice. Bugs were bad so bring bug spray. There are no spices or condiments. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to a few shops close by, so not horrible. Views of the mountains were pretty good, especially in the morning you can see the smoky mountains at their finest.

Great awesome place ,we saw bear several time's. Made a fire in the fire pit bear came within 20 yds of us pretty cool. We shot pool several times and sit in the jacuzzi in the evenings. This place was perfect for us. Walt the contact person was great, he responded quickly and give great details on things we needed for our visit here. Can’t wait to come again. Peaceful and cozy

Host was great with communication and we had no issues. Check in was easy, Mr. Walt emailed clear instructions. Was a great experience surrounded by nature! We had a party of 5, myself, my mom, my sister, my son and his girlfriend. We all slept comfortably and the cabin was close to town. This will definitely be a great memorable trip for my family!

Great family getaway

The property was exactly as described. We had beautiful views and the location provided seclusion without feeling isolated. We had lots of fun playing rounds of pool, spending time in the hot tub, and making s'mores by the fire. The cabin was clean and well furnished. We were able to navigate Brother's Cove in our Honda Odyssey van, so the steep roads were manageable. We felt very safe here as well.

Anniversary Trip

The cabin is exactly as pictured. The view from the living room is beautiful. It is located in a great area. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Owner is quick to respond to questions. It was clean and well stocked. No complaints! We hope to stay here again.

Much needed getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Good Times, beautiful, clean, peaceful… it was such a much needed break for us. The nearby wildfire had us a bit nervous, thankfully they got it contained.

Bear Visit

Very nice cabin well equipped for me. Had a bear visit, first he was on the front porch lying like a dog then he went around to the back deck got on the hot tub and drank my wife's cocktail... Awesome experience... I think he got drunk because a few minutes later he was on the roof of the neighbors truck... It was great, shall return..

Mountain getaway

Such a relaxing vacation. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, firepit, and cooking meals on the grill. We did have a bear in the yard on two different days. Sitting on the deck at night and only hearing the noise of insects was surreal. The views were just beautiful! I would definitely come back again.

Great location

The stay was overall good. The location and views are perfection. The set up of the bedrooms were good. The cabin is as pictured. However, the beds were uncomfortable. They sink to the middle so this is an age thing not a preference thing. Lastly, the back porch lights did not work. We contacted management and never heard back. That’s disappointing. The back deck is unusable after dusk bc of this. It’s too dark. The guest book had previous guest complain about it as well.
