The Cliff Hanger Lodge is a new cabin in Wears Valley, a perfect getaway in the mountains and a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & Townsend!

You’ll wake up to the most amazing mountain views from every bedroom window, and you’ll have two decks to choose from to enjoy the sunrise and the fresh air and to relax in the hot tub. 4 ᴋɪɴɢ ʙᴇᴅʀᴏᴏᴍ ꜱᴜɪᴛᴇꜱ:
There are two bedroom suites on the main level to the right and to the left of the kitchen, dining and living room area. The other two suites are downstairs or in the basement to the right and left of the game room. Each bedroom suite has a mountain view, a Roku Smart TV, a king bed with extra blankets, 2 luggage racks, a closet for your belongings, and a full bathroom, each with lots of towels and hand soap, and a hair dryer.
You’ll feel pampered and relaxed in these cozy, yet spacious rooms.

Each Bedroom Suite boasts:

➥ 1 43-inch Roku TV

The main level has the living room with a coffee table and comfortable seating with a 55-inch Roku TV and a fireplace. We hope you’ll enjoy the custom-made furniture throughout the cabin. This is the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch a movie. Also on the main level is the kitchen with an island that can seat 4 and the dining area with a table for 8. You’ll love the fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals in the cabin.

The main level deck has a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the cold fall and winter nights, a coffee table and comfortable seating to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning. There are plenty of rocking chairs to cozy up and enjoy the scenery.

The lower level has a game room with a pool table, a 75-inch smart TV, and plenty of board and card games for endless entertainment. You’ll have a blast playing games with your friends and family. Also available: more cozy seating to enjoy watching TV: a love seat, a bench, whisky barrel table and 4 chairs, 2 bean bag chairs. The cabin also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, with everything you need to keep your clothes fresh and clean, as well as an iron and ironing board. The lower deck, just off the game room has a 4-person hot tub (EcoSpa E4) and more rocking chairs and seating to relax and unwind. A large park style charcoal grill with cover is available outside. Charcoal is not provided.

➥ Starter pack of supplies:
Our cleaning company provides linen, bath towels, and a starter pack of supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar of soap, small shampoo for each bathroom, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge, one roll of paper towels, small liquid dishwashing soap, 2 dishwasher pods, ground coffee pack, one small laundry packet, a few trash bags. Additionally, we supply the cabin with kitchen soap, bath soaps, large containers of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, large rolls of aluminum foil and plastic wrap, trash bags, toilet paper, some cleaning supplies. We do not supply charcoal or beach towels for the hot tub. Please be prepared to buy extras of the supplies mentioned and supplies that are not mentioned above.

ɪᴍᴩᴏʀᴛᴀɴᴛ ɴᴏᴛᴇꜱ:
We want to be upfront about a few things:
⮕ The gas fireplaces will be off after mid April until mid to late October.
⮕ Our cabin is located in the newest section of the Homestead East subdivision in Wears Valley and a close landmark is The Preserve Resort in Sevierville, TN. Our cabin is 0.5 mile east of the resort and at the same elevation. 4WD / AWD vehicles may be required to reach the cabin during winter weather. The views along the way and at the very top are worth the drive!
⮕ Black bear sightings in our neighborhood and street daily. Lock vehicle doors and windows, cabin door and windows at all times. Bag trash and dispose of it only in the bear proof trash bins available near the cabin. Supervise small children at all times.
⮕ 🆂🅴🅲🆄🆁🅸🆃🆈 🅲🅰🅼🅴🆁🅰: For your safety and ours, there are 3 security cameras on the property, to the right of the front door and 2 over the top and bottom decks double doors, with no view of the hot tub, for your privacy.
⮕ 🅸🅳: The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 and must be present during the entire stay. No third party bookings are allowed. Government issued IDs may be required by the hosts from every guest before check-in to verify the age requirement.
⮕ Maximum 4 adults in the hot tub and / or up to 1000 lbs total weight on the lower deck. We want to be extra cautious not to exceed maximum deck weight capacity.

It's very important to us to be respectful to our neighbors and not host any disruptive parties and to be able to keep the cabin allergy-friendly for ourselves and future guests.
