Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Great location and the company we rented from was very kind to us.

Unfortunately upon arrival we came into a dirty cabin. The floors were obviously not mopped or even swept/vacuumed worth anything. There is copious amounts of dust in the kitchen on ceiling and on top of appliances which shows it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Oven was dirty. Laundry room in basement is filthy. washer doesn’t work properly and only washed and rinses in hot water messing up clothing. Even when cold selected. No chairs in bedrooms or shower caddy’s in showers also lack of bars for safety in them. They were also not cleaned well at all. Smoke alarms started chirping at early hours of morning . Maintenance people did Take care of that problem for us and we’re kind and prompt. There were lots of bugs and bees in the house. Dead and alive. Pest control is definitely needed. Also we went to use the vacuum cleaner that’s in the house ( to take care of the lack of from cleaning) and it’s a cheap broken down piece of garbage. Overall I cannot recommend this cabin at all for even a weekend stay. We payed 10k for a week and with that kind of money we expected to at least have a clean home to stay in. The location is what made the stay bearable.

Family Weekend Get Away

Pros: This property is absolutely beautiful!!! Very spacious, big rooms! Bed are comfortable. Cons: Took forever for hot water to heat up. Not enough kitchen utensils, serving dishes, etc. for cooking for 18 people.

Overall a nice cabin. TV and bathrooms in every bedroom was a plus. Convenient items were the pool and theater room and game room. . Close to Pigeon Forge. Nice view from the decks. Cable tv and internet were a plus. Communication with resort was A+. They accommodated our needs . A+

Beautiful view! This cabin is so kid friendly. They loved the pool and pool table. CLEANEST CABIN I’ve ever stayed in. We will come back with a large group again!

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful. Just as pictured. The drive up to the cabin was a little off putting because of the mountainous landscape however, the cabin itself was wonderful. The 5 king bedrooms were equal in size.

Things that could make a great stay even better

All in all this was a great rental. Beautiful, clean, well maintained and good view. Although my fault for not specifically asking, the main floor was not on ground level. The 11 steps were a bit much for some of us to handle everyday, several times a day. Didn’t actually find a photo of the back of the unit that showed the parking and main level a access until after booking. I know to ask now. The other thing is that this is a big unit. It accommodates a lot of people and seating in the den area and the seating at the table is not sufficient to handle the amount of people the unit can hold. We always had our dinner together every night that we were there and had to eat in shifts because of lack of seating. These are both easily solved with the addition of extra chairs. Also chairs in the bedroom would be very helpful. These things don’t affect the quality of the unit But would make the stay more comfortable. Great unit. Thanks

Minor adjustments

Everything was perfect except the pool! We were unable to use the pool because it looked so cloudy! Called maintenance, and they came and shocked the pool. Was told we could get in 4/5 hours, but the pool looked the same. And, knowing what I know, you usually wait 24 hrs after shocking. Needless to say, we couldn't use the pool all weekend!

We enjoyed our time at the house and in its surroundings.

The mechanics of the rental process and check out were super. We were a little disappointed that the cleanup process wasn’t finished until about 3 hours after we were allowed to occupy tbe premises.
