Welcome to our newly renovated lodge just a 1.5 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and still feel like you're nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you've ever stayed. If you have any question about the cleanliness, location, or pure awesomeness, take a look at our reviews, and you'll believe!



-Location-

This is the first unit of a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet area right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where you wanna go to quick but feel like you're deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You'll be snoozin' about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the parkway!





This entire unit is one level with a slight ramp going up into the house. All parking is paved with a gentle incline to the front door.

This unit will surprise you in size the second you walk in.



-Bedrooms-

The master bedroom has a handicap accessible ensuite. All of the additional bedrooms have their very own bathrooms!! You can't find that much plumbing anywhere else in these hills...unless you count the outhouses of course.



-Kitchen-

Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could think of, for any home-cooked meals you like to make. You'll also enjoy two dining tables that seat more than the house can hold for all the good takeout you'll be bringing home too!





Last but certainly not least is the outdoor space. You have your pick to sit out front in your rocking chairs or outback on your private patio with outdoor table and seating.

Amazing cozy lodge

We had an amazing time staying here. The owners were very nice and provided a pack n play and a high chair for our younger littles. It was clean and had all the cooking things we needed. Would definitely stay here again. I was close to everything and we went to Dollywood 3 times which is only 1.5 miles away.very enjoyable trip!

The unit was very nice. Also clean and well stocked with anything you may need. We found it so convenient to many of the places we wanted to go to. My husband is handicapped and had a difficult time getting around in the master bedroom with his power chair and the bed was too firm for us. The bathroom and shower were extremely nice. We also wished there was a little more seating in the living room. Overall everything was just as pictured. Every question we had was answered with a quick response. I would recommend it to others.

This was such an excellent stay. We did not realize the property was connected to other units, but that did not diminish the stay in anyway. There was ample parking and everyone had more than enough space. The stay was especially perfect for us from an accessibility standpoint, as my father is in an electric wheelchair and my sister in law uses a standard wheelchair. There was so much space within the unit to move about and the accessible showers were so helpful! We absolutely loved that the rental was close enough to Dollywood without feeling at all that you were sacrificing a quiet mountain vacation to get caught up in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We came for a lacrosse tournament in Gatlinburg and the location allowed perfect access to everything without being too far removed. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this property again, especially for those looking for a handicap accessible stay.

We loved the concept of a triplex. Our family ended up renting two units and it gave us plenty of space while also allowing for privacy as well. The larger unit was perfectly set up for large family dinners which was the highlight of our stay. It’s in a great location near the parkway but still very quiet. Unit was cleaned and there was everything we needed and the host was an excellent communicator
