Host interaction was good until we arrived, wifi didn’t work and I could not get an answer as to why. I had to contact the host to get the welcome email with address, door code etc. when we were already in the area just minutes before check in. The cleaners were still cleaning at check in time and once inside we found candy wrappers in the floor and in dresser drawers. The kitchen isn’t stocked very well at all. The hot tub was nasty, I know those things are known to be dirty but this one had hair in it so I’m thinking it’s been a while since it’s been cleaned by anyone. The condo overall was ok but definitely could use some updating.

Host was good when I emailed. Place was okay. It wasnt the best but by far not the worst. Location was my biggest issue at night due to driving and mu eyes. Would stay again.

I can only give two stars because this was not a clean property, the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down and were sticky, both showers and one bathroom sink didn’t drain, the chair in the living room had stains on the seat, there wasn’t a mat by the front door when you walk in and the floor was very slick when it rained, master bed sat 4” from the floor, it was so short and mattress was very uncomfortable. The night stands were shorter than the bed and just not made for adults. Bathrooms were tiny and only one towel per person for the whole stay there and less rags. Had to ask for sheets for fold out couch and no extra blankets. Had to ask for check in details the night before our stay and had to ask how to use the lock when arrived. Place was cheaply built, would not stay again.

The house was good enough for a quick weekend trip. Kitchen was stocked with minimal kitchen utensils—not as many items as many of the other rentals I’ve stayed in. Walls are extremely thin, you can tell the townhouses were cheaply and quickly made to be rentals. Paint was chipped on the walls and railings all over the house. There were a few small cockroaches inside. Clean enough house but not as clean as it could’ve been. The garbage was half full when we arrived. I had to ask about check-in details, it wasn’t sent over the day before. At least the hot tub was nice.

Check in was easy, lacked a bit on kitchen necessities but we made it work. Wi-Fi worked and this house was perfect for views and closeness to everything. Things i would improve, but was a nice place to unwind from all the fun. Hot tub was nice and clean too!

Easiest vacation stay

I booked this for myself and a few of my grandkids. Best decision ever. Everyone was comfortable,it was a plus having to full baths and the powder room. Gaming was a big hit in our downtime and gave me time to pack coolers and car for our day trips. The hot tub was nice to look forward to in the evenings. I loved being able to cook our meals in the kitchen. It was a very quiet, nice neighborhood. I truly couldn’t ask for more. I’m hoping to rebook for next year, if they’ll have us back. We Loved it!!!

Great place ! Needs a few updates /repairs

We love these town houses ! Great location ! Great size for a small fam of 2The house was great- but needed a few repairs , showers and sinks upstairs didn’t drain well, no pot holders , no kitchen rags , toilet upstairs had issues ,nails popped up on back deck- just minor things that need attention and repairs on site - little things - but all in all it was great- we really enjoyed our stay-

Great Stay for Our Family of Four

We had a great stay at this property! Our family of four was in town for our youngest son’s baseball tournament, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed, with Walmart delivery being super convenient.The house was clean and comfortable, and if you’re someone who loves to sleep in a chilly room, you’ll love the upstairs—it stayed nice and cold at night, and we freaking loved it!Since we stayed for six nights and cooked quite a bit, it would have been nice to have a few more kitchen essentials like a strainer, a sink stopper, extra paper towels, and more dishwasher pods. Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning for future guests.Overall, it was a great experience and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Home away from home

Cozy, clean, spacious. Close to everything we planned to do. Hot tub on upper deck was so awesome, very relaxing after a long day. Host was amazing, great communication and extremely reasonable! Definitely a place I want to come back to with family or friends!

Perfect 2 Week Stay

This property is nice for a few overnighters or extended stays. The property was clean and the process to check-in was easy. The community where this property is located is a nice area located not too far from the area offerings. We would revisit this location.

Worked for an impromptu trip

We booked this last minute for a quick Christmas trip so our options were limited. Overall this was a ok place. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. We did have a few issues. The comforter in the master bedroom had a gross stain. We washed it ourselves. We found a dirty sock tucked in the top bunk in the second bedroom. Also there was a used Q-tip in the floor of the second bedroom. We did inform management and they were quick to respond and to let us know they’d be addressing the issues with their housekeeping staff. Even with the quick communication we most likely will find a different place next time.

Weekend in Sevier County

Family visits and weekend gigs in Gatlinburg brought us into town. Great location and Townhouse was perfect size and clean. Hot tub was amazing! Definitely recommend. Bonus it was only a few minutes away from my sister's house and was not really aware of that when I booked it!!

Fantastic! A shoe in for future stays, hands down excellent

This is a great location if you want to bypass congestion and if you travel with pets. The townhouse was super clean, nicely decorated for the season. It had everything we needed, and a nice space for our kennel and area for dog-walking. My husband loved the location and its accessibility to Dollywood, Gatlinburg /The Great Smokies bypassing heavy traffic. We are fans and look forward on booking again! Also the hottub is a nice bonus!
