A terrific location with easy access roads. The kids will love the wide-open green spaces or private gaming room with Nintendo Switch, and Pac Man arcade games. Experience nearby Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and GSMNP. BBQ Grill and lounge area to enjoy. Enjoy the community pond where geese visit or reflect on the day at the firepit.

There is construction in the community beginning August 2024. We are building another new luxury home for families to enjoy. Construction may be happening near the home Monday- Saturday 8am-7pm.

This is a private peaceful family friendly community. Every guest has access to our pond, covered pavilion, fire pit, and bubbling creek. Whether you stay to your self or join in other guests at the fire pit, you will LOVE the mountain views!

The main road coming into the property is paved. All driveways are level and accessible. Every cabin has its own parking.

.We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

We had a great time. 6 adults and 3 kids plenty of room for all of us. The bowling alley was a big hit with everyone. The kids were a little disappointed with the game room, had to have your own account to play. And the pool wasn’t very deep but would would stay there again.

Awesome fun with plenty to do

This is an amazing property. My son and I had enough room to play baseball with a foam ball and bat in the front yard while taking in the gorgeous view. There was pin bowling, pool, swimming pool, movie room, game (arcade room, and a hot tub! Kids had more than enough to do and spacious bedrooms! Property was very clean and well taken care of! By far our favorite place to stay!

A beautiful home with amazing view and surroundings. Very spacious, clean and had everything you would need away from home. The location is very calm and relaxing also isn’t far from Pigeon Forge and other attractions. Great Host!
