We will be back!

This is absolutely the best cabin we have ever stayed in. We come down 3-5 times a year and this is the cleanest, most well stocked cabin we have ever stayed in. Perfect for a couples weekend or a small family.

I wish the access road to the property wasn't so curvy. First time you go along the road, you need to be careful. The curve signs are no joke.

Absolutely Perfect

Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway with family! We had an issue the first night that could have turned out bad but the owners responded and sent someone out that night to assess the issue! I would definitely recommend the owners and this location to anyone! Clean, nicely decorated, and amenities that most locations don’t have.

Perfect for us

This cabin was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the basement as their own space. We played pool, warmed up in the hot tub and even played the arcade. The owner thought of everything. The area was quiet and peaceful. We loved having the fireplace at night. Great cabin for families! Hope to book again.

Nice cozy cabin with plenty of room

The cabin was perfect for what we needed and it is located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host answered my call right away when needed. The cabin was clean except for a couple of dishes. Otherwise was perfect and there was plenty to do!

Perfect size cabin with a lot of space

We had a great stay! Cabin was clean, spacious, and comfortable . I loved that all the rooms and open areas had hooks to hang things . So often we run out of space trying to air dry towels, bathing suits etc but this cabin had plenty of places to hang everything ! Lighting in the bathrooms was very well (ie: to put on makeup, to see in the shower ) my teens slept on the futons and the only complaint was that they weren’t very comfortable but what futon really is anyway. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch . The cabin is IN the mountains so prepare yourself mentally for the drive up ( we are use to it but I could see how some people who aren’t might see this as a con) everyone enjoyed having the hot tub especially after our seven mile hike. All the kids enjoyed playing pool while my husband and I could relax upstairs. The WiFi was spotty as was our own cell service but that’s expected for the area ! We are definitely coming back and if our party size stays the same we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Family Vacation with teens

I was disappointed to find out just days before that the big tub in the main bedroom was unusable during our stay. When I asked the owner about a discount for this as it was one of the big features that drew me to booking, they completely ignored answering my request. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean enough. The A/C was not able to adequately cool the cabin, as it was 77 degrees despite the setting at 65. The Wi-Fi was not worth using as our limited cellular reception did a better job. We also discovered the recliner was broken. With 3 teens and 2 adults it was a bit squished for everyone to be comfortable just chilling in the main area. I did appreciate the coffee supplies, including both a regular coffee maker and a keurig. I also appreciated ice already in the freezer. Overall, the cabin worked for our trip, but just know that anytime you go anywhere it’s at least a 25 minute drive.

Settlemyer

We book the cabin for 6 nights (4 adults & 1 child). We had 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels & 2 trash bags in the kitchen. Keep in mind for 5 people for 6 nights. The air conditioner is terrible (downstairs you will freeze but upstairs you will burn up). The main floor is the upstairs. And the tub upstairs was broken and unable to use. The owners did tell us about the tub before we arrived. We sent a message about the toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags and they did have more dropped off. But how they felt this was enough to begin what just amazed me. Why not leave it to begin with and not make us have to ask for more. Very disappointed

Spring Break Success

The cabin was great but there were dead ants all over the window sill and part of the dining table. I wish that would’ve been cleaned up but otherwise everything else about the cabin was great! I liked that they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash; most places don’t offer that. While we only ate breakfast there, they did have everything you could want to cook there plus a grill. I really liked their cabin guestbook, I wish more places did that. People can put their recommendations for places in there which is a big help if you’ve never been to the area. The only thing that was a little bit of a pain was the gate. Every time we would have to punch in the code multiple times. Maybe if you could recommend something with the HOA to improve that keypad, that would be great! I would recommend this cabin for your next vacation.

Great cabin, further from Dollywood than we thought

The cabin itself was fantastic. Everything was labeled and they left instructions for everything. The hot tub was great and the beds were comfy. The location was up in the hills. The drive up was a little terrifying in the dark, but fine in the day. Overall we loved it and the kids want to come again.

Last Minute Trip

The cabin was in a great location near Gatlinburg, a perfect little area. The size of the cabin was also perfect for our family. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a pair of underwear left in the couch, other than that it was so cozy. The owner did not seem friendly at all. Would not respond to text messages, only through VRBO app, and came across as if she did not want to be bothered. My signal was not the best trying to use the app. The cleaning crew was absolutely amazing, and the kindest people we met during our entire stay in Gatlinburg. I have used VRBO for years and met some very nice families staying in their homes and caring for them as I would my own, but not this one.

Quiet and relaxing

My family and I had a good time. I have a 1 year old who quickly had to learn how to navigate stairs and since they were carpeted it was easy for her to slide down ha. We had a blast with the game room and there were lots of TV's and a Wii, a library, and a total cabin for kids to build. It had everything you would need. The beds were ok, obviously indented but it is what it is. The futons were nice, I would like to find one for my house. They are comfy for sleeping. The towels need replaced and the toilets need replaced but overall we would consider to stay there again. It felt clean overall. The cabin was really nicely set up to have two hang out areas and It was so quiet and peaceful. Side note, bring a Roku if you want apps, but there are plenty of channels. Thanks!

Excellent cabin

Really enjoyed our stay in the cabin! Firstly the cabin its self is off the main road and tucked away in the mountain, but not too far from all the excitement. Myself, my husband and two young children, plus my parents all comfortably fit in the two bedrooms. My daughter enjoyed the arcade game! The only issue we endeavored was that the stair case to the downstairs was open and right where you walk inside the front door. We have a 1.5 year old, and not having a baby gate option at the top of the stairs was a huge safety issue for us. Overall the cabin was great and we would book again here!
