Nestled on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of trees and mountains, our cabin welcomes your family to enjoy a lovely spot in the Smoky Mountains! American Eagle cabin is a brand new rental, sleeping up to 12. Pet friendly with an additional fee of $84.56 per pet and family friendly but very clean, this cabin has the perfect family layout with a private luxury upstairs suite for the parents and a fun game room with sleeping space for the kids on the lower level! Three steps up to the main level, there is one queen bedroom and one bathroom and open concept kitchen/dining and living area with electric fireplace and deck with grill and seating. The main level has a wraparound deck with a grill and chairs to sit and talk, read or just look at the mountains and forget your cares. Upstairs is a private master suite, complete with Jacuzzi, fireplace and private bath. A walkway from the bedroom leads out to a private balcony where a couple can enjoy the mountain view.

Downstairs is the game room with a pool table, air hockey and a card table with another bedroom with queen sized bunk bed and full bathroom. There is also a deck with a hot tub and chairs on this level. Convenient to all the area attractions but away from the high traffic areas, it's a little oasis, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy time together, while also enjoying space and privacy.

We go the extra mile and supply a baby gate, large pet crate, high chair and pack-n-play for our guests' convenience.

Pet friendly with prior approval and an added fee $84.56 pet fee per pet. Please note, we do not include the pet fee in the nightly price since not every guest has a pet, and some have more than others. Let us know how many pets you have, make sure you follow the pet policy, and we will request the additional pet fees of $84.56 per pet. Pet policy: Have your pet's vaccinations up to date and treat for fleas. Be aware that Tennessee has a lot of ticks, so check yourselves and your pets after going outside. We ask that you crate your pet when you leave it alone in the cabin and bring a blanket to put down on the furniture if your pet sits on it, though we prefer you bring the pet's own bed for it to rest on. Please clean up excessive pet hair if your pet is shedding. All pets must be leashed at all times while outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be requested to be reimbursed by the guest. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.

Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check in date, 100% back 14 days 50% of rent back + all fees.
