The best free wi-fi I have used. Lots of parking, which you can register your car at reception. The rooms were clean and well maintained and well stocked with tea/coffee/milk

The room was far too hot and we got the receptionist to try and adjust the heating but it was not working. We had to switch it off and leave the window open all night but as the room was close to the motorway so we had the noise from there. Also, the bed was in need of a replacement mattress as we kept rolling into the centre. Overall we did not get much sleep, room 36.

Large room, typical holiday inn style. No safe or fridge but lots of electrical outlets. Also had a couch that could be made into a bed. Comfortable and clean. Only problem the elevator was broken. Free wifi. Included breakfast.

Holiday inn Swansea

On arrival I waited 30 minutes to be checked in because there was only 1 staff member ( who was serving the bar) , the other was on break. The room had a stench, there was hair in the shower and puddle of water by toilet due to a leaking shower. The towels had hair on them, the room was not clean. The toilet smelt like a public toilet. String smell of urine. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection to o choose from. Staff were friendly

Another great Stay

All good for us. We would like to see the chance of cheeses at breakfast, and maybe a change of cereals too. The staff can't do enough for you and they are a credit to the company.
