Setubal Vacation Packages

First of all I didn’t know there was a big door in the entrance that had a lock box to get the key from they send me the instructions while I was in the plane and when I got here I didn’t have service which made it hard to figure it out, when I called the person to help me he was super rude mind you I was tired from a long trip and he wasn’t helpful at all. I had to ask help from the driver to call the hotel and talk to them for me the door was so hard to open there’s a trick with the key so every time I went back to the hovel it took me about 5 minutes to be able to open there’s door. Honestly it felt like I was in jail would never book there again.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so they transferred us to another room, only to find out the air conditioning didn’t work in that room either. Their maintenance staff weren’t available on site to fix the issue and they didn’t have any other rooms available. Finally the hotel was unwilling to discount our stay despite the issues. Although staff were apologetic, we were very disappointed with how much we paid for this room and for what they offered to us in exchange. Definitely not worth the money!!!!

Great location close to airport the city, and many old town attractions. Hotel room is very clean and functional furnitures. Staff are friendly and helpful.
