Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of August 2025) in a new development area (currently no construction activity).
