Traumhafter Urlaub in den bezaubernden Hügeln des Monferrato

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das ganze Ensemble, angefangen beim sehr großzügigen Haus, über den Garten mit dem Salzwasserpool (sehr angenehm!), die Garage, die sehr nette Betreuung durch Carla und ihren Mann und die Umgebung von Cortazzone hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist mitten in der Natur, hört auch mal ein Rebhuhn oder einen Hahn, sieht auch mal eine Schildkröte im Garten (!). Das ganze Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig, wir haben bestens geschlafen! Zum Spazierengehen oder Wandern ist die Gegend auch bestens geeignet, bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juli war es jedoch etwas zu warm dafür abgesehen von den Morgenstunden. Auch für Ausflüge nach Turin (50 Minuten), Asti (20 Minuten) und an den Lago Maggiore (1:50) liegt das Haus gut. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe, die die typische piemontesische Küche anbieten. Bei Ballspielen im Garten muss man etwas aufpassen, da es hinter dem Grundstück abwärts geht... ;-) Ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder! Absolute Empfehlung für Menschen, die es ruhig mögen und das echte Italien erleben wollen.
