Appartement très bien situé, confortable, calme, avec clim, garage, d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, et une batterie de cuisine en parfait état (c'est si rare !). Mais la communication entre l'agence immobilière et la conciergerie est absente, d’où des malentendus. L'entretien est moyen (joints de douche moisis, traces de doigts sur les vitres ext et int. Une très bonne adresse tout de même.
